Rodney Norton came to give an estimate the day after I called. After further checking and deciding to change the size of the A/Cs, he was very quick to email me a new estimate -- which was much lower than the other two that I received. His proposal also included a new way to install air handlers so that there was less noise.
On the day of installation he and his crew were very professional. Each person in the crew had a specific job, and each did their work well. They took only one day to remove two A/Cs and the old air handlers and install the two new ones and the new air handlers. They left our place, inside and out, as clean as when they came.
We were and are very impressed with their work and their product. Rodney said we would barely hear anything from either the outside unit or the air handlers, and he was right. Our neighbors rejoice in the quietness of the A/C and we rejoice in the lack of noise in the house.
We would highly recommend AAA Airwaves! And we would be glad to be a reference and to have people come by to see their work.
