As a busy residential real estate agent, I am constantly having HVAC systems checked and often diagnosed when not functioning properly for my clients, either as part of the transaction or as a pre-listing maintenance task.. Rodney has been one of my main go-to HVAC professional technicians for a couple of years now. Always helpful, prompt, and competitive in pricing. He knows his stuff! Most importantly, he's an honest straight shooter, you never feel like you're being up sold.

I submitted a request to this company first because of the deal they offered. I missed the phone call by their rep who did leave a voice message. The message stated that because of my location they were unwilling to come my way. The caller did give the name of a friend of his that he suggested I try instead and gave the info. I tried calling that number and kept running into voicemail. Ultimately I went with another company I found on Angie's List.

Rodney was one of the most confident and knowledgeable AC technicians I have met. He was professional and reliable. We had another technician come before and he spent several hours unsuccessfully trying to troubleshoot our unit and did not find the problem. I described the problem to Rodney on the phone and he pretty much had it figured out. It took him less than 1 hour to find the problem which was a defective circuit board. He was able to find a replacement part locally and completed the repair the same day. I couldn’t be happier with the prompt professional service I received.

I wasn't so happy with them, it took 3 days and $500. They made it right in the end, but it shouldn't have taken them 3 days. The first and second person didn't know what the heck they were doing and made things worse. Because of all the time they spent we paid another company at my other place, on another unit $180 to fix. I thought the price was a little bit ridiculous because it was their time in not knowing how to fix the problem. They were responsive. I believe they were punctual. The owners were great, I think they're brothers. They were great to deal with, but it wasn't the best quality.

Good job, provider (Rodney) called me 30 minutes after i purchased to schedule job. We agreed on a time within a week on a day i was available. Price was much less (hundreds) than my 2nd quote... would use AAA Airwaves again in a heartbeat We were very impressed that he called us and so quickly

Given the price of the package, overall was great. I just wish the guy din't have to rush through the process so fast because he had two more appointments to fulfilled that evening.

Rodney Norton came to give an estimate the day after I called. After further checking and deciding to change the size of the A/Cs, he was very quick to email me a new estimate -- which was much lower than the other two that I received. His proposal also included a new way to install air handlers so that there was less noise. On the day of installation he and his crew were very professional. Each person in the crew had a specific job, and each did their work well. They took only one day to remove two A/Cs and the old air handlers and install the two new ones and the new air handlers. They left our place, inside and out, as clean as when they came. We were and are very impressed with their work and their product. Rodney said we would barely hear anything from either the outside unit or the air handlers, and he was right. Our neighbors rejoice in the quietness of the A/C and we rejoice in the lack of noise in the house. We would highly recommend AAA Airwaves! And we would be glad to be a reference and to have people come by to see their work.

He was polite and wrote out an estimate. He gave me good customer service. He actually came before his apt. which was good.

Our AC went on the fritz at night. It was covered with ice. While Rodney was unable to come at that time, he walked us through steps to try and resolve the problem ourselves. We appreciated his willingness to do that. When that didn't work, we sent an email late at night and he came first thing the next morning. Our AC unit was still frozen but he made an appointment to return later that day and fixed it. He and is assistant determined that it needed more refrigerant. which they added. He and his assistant were prompt. They were also happy to answer questions.

It was good. They were prompt, we don?t have to wait very long for their service. The pricing seems to be fair enough. They kind of understood our situation and that we could not afford a whole new complete air unit so they did all for us by using the one that is there instead of trying to force us with something we could not afford. We used them a couple of times already.

It was fine.

Overall, very happy with the end result. We appreciated that the company did attempt to repair the system at first, and did credit us the repair cost toward the final replacement cost of the system.
