"Thank you for the kind review. We appreciate your business immensely."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] We are not sure who you are as we have not had any "encounters" with customers via phone or in person. We also have not had to call anyone to try to "fix a situation" as you stated. Not sure what you are talking about."
"There is a coupon on the site that needs to be presented to the technician at time of service to receive the discount. If you are unable to print it advise the technician upon his arrival and he will apply the discount to the final bill. We do not bill per hour. We bill parts and labor per job once the diagnosis is determined. I am sorry if this was not fully explained to you at time of service."
"Thank you for the kind words. They are always appreciated. We value our customers immensely."
"Thank you for the kind review. Sorry we couldn't fix the old washer but we hope Anthony's suggestions on a new one helped you find a great replacement."
"Thank you for the kind review. We strive for full customer satisfaction. We are glad we accomplished that with you."
"Thank you for the kind review. We try hard to be completely honest with every customer. If your appliance is not worth repairing we are going to let you know that. We do not want to see a customer put money into something that is not worth repairing."
