Its a older model that't no longer made, so they had make a newer model to fit. I am not sure if it was the owner or co- owner but he came out right away, I was very satisfied.

We are very happy with our experience with A DiChristopher Appliance Service. I called on Tuesday 12/27 requesting a quote for a problem with our clothes washer. I was originally told someone could come on Thursday 12/29, but received a call on Wednesday morning saying they could fit us in between 2:30 and 4:30 that day. Anthony, the owners son, called to let us know he would arrive in 30 minutes and showed up in 20. He got right to work and pin pointed the problem within a few minutes. This company is professional, courteous and respectful of your time and home. If the need arises in the future, we will definitely be using A DiChristopher Appliance Service again.

Anthony replaced the belt to turn the drum. He also discovered a problem(squeaking ) that I was aware of, but did not know that it could eventually cause freezing up of the rotation mechanism. He replaced rollers on the rotation shaft. Once again, Di Christopher's Appliance Service saved the day. Thank you

Every thing I could ask for in a service person. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very quickly repaired my refrigerator.

Anthony was scheduled to come at 11:30am and was actually early! Again he's polite, professional and very knowledgeable! He did a thorough check of the dryer including the vent. Unfortunately the part needed, a thermistor, has been discontinued. However Anthony cleaned the lint from the inside of the dryer and around the thermistor. He may have cleaned the thermistor itself but sadly I can't remember! However, the dryer is drying better and I don't have to cycle the machine and dry everything twice!

Anthony was sent out the very same day I called which I was not expecting! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and so very kind!! He explained what the issue was, the cam pulley and the belt, showed me the part, both the defective one and the new one, tested the machine and was done! He also gave me a few operating tips on the washing machine as it hasn't been my most favorite that I've purchased! His tips have helped a lot!

two separate repairs to the high-end dishwasher. this is about the 6th time over the last 4-6 years we've called this company to repair various appliances - dryer, washing machine, dishwasher. each time, they show-up as scheduled, provide clear plan for repair, set a price and stick to it.

Called A DiChrisopher based on Angie's list reviews and the fact they are a family business. My call was answered promptly and was scheduled same day to have my washing machine repaired. Anthony called me ahead of time with his approximate time of arrival, completed the job quickly and stayed while a cycle ran to ensure the machine was fixed. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a problem with the water supply to the ice maker not shutting off after filling. We contacted the company 1st thing Monday morning and were told they could come out before noon the same day. They arrived before 11AM and took less than an hour to fix the problem. We had used DiChristopher about 2 years ago to work on a clothes washer and found them to be very efficient and a pleasure to work with so we used them again when we had the refrigerator problem. We are once again very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again in the future.

iAllison in the office is friendly, courteous and professional. So is Don who graciously came out for the third time to check on frost building up on freezer. He called that morning, gave us a 1-1/2 hr window which helped greatly in our being able to plan our day. The first time he replaced a gasket and told us if there were still a problem to call again because it may mean the gasket didn't seal sufficiently. We called again, he returned again and checked the seal. Explained that 'some' frost build up is normal. The frost started to build again, moving vertically up the ice maker which concerned me so I called again. Don came out yesterday, checked again, talked with us and explained that this is normal for these freezers and it is okay, and why it happened again. Put my concerns to rest! We truly appreciate the consistent professionalism, friendliness, patience and would absolutely ask them back for other appliances and refer them to others!

Called at 430pm on Monday and Anthony was was at the front door at 1251pm on Tuesday. Anthony was very personable and knowledgable. As soon as he saw the dishwasher he was very familiar with the brand and the model. Within minutes Anthony had diagnosed the problem and replaced the part - literally a 20min service call. Because he was familiar with the model and brand, he had the parts ready to go in his truck. Very happy with the promptness of service!

Wow! All the folks who rated this Business as an A must not have spoken with the same person I did. It seemed like she was having a bad day and I was putting her out by calling. Not very friendly at all and that is a deal breaker for me. To the Business: Please don't try to follow up and correct the situation. The 1st impression is crucial and seeing as that was a failure, there's nothing that could be said or done that would change my opinion.

Well, the washing machine needed to be replaced with a new one. Anthony recommended several reliable brands. I replaced the machine and I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Service repairman arrived exactly at the pre-arranged time and diagnosed the problem as operator error. It seems that we did not allow enough time for the smaller oven to pre-heat. He showed us how quickly the temperature changed when the oven door was opened. This should be kept to a minimum when cooking. When checking on the food, it's best to use the oven light and look through the oven door glass. He also gave us some pointers on cleaning the coils on our refrigerator. Thanks Don! It went very well. Exactly what you would expect with a competent, professional. It took 'Don' about 30 minutes to do an excellent job which concluded my long-standing frustrations after my previous attempts with another company to remedy the problem. .
