Unable to repair dishwasher because it could not be removed on account of tile. Repair person did not believe that disposal was leaking. He insisted that it was a plumbing problem. I argued that a plumbing problem did not explain the disposal refuse that was under the sink. After prodding he took a second look and found a whole on the top of the disposal. He said he could fill it with epoxy and went to get it. When he came back in, he said the office called and that they could not use the epoxy due to liability issues. Instead he wanted to install a new disposal. There was a string of unfortunate elements here, dishwasher could not be removed and the disposal was damaged on the top, but still I was not impressed with the service. An hour late as well but I guess that is typical. Update: Upon learning of my dissatisfaction with their service, the owners apologized and agreed to waive the $35.00 fee.

They are very professional and reasonable. They were very responsive since they repaired everything the same day I called.

They were okay, but I thought that the work was a little expensive. I decided since they were already out to my house that I just wanted to get the work done. The quality of the work and communication were pretty good. I would use them again in the future.

I was delighted with their work. I called the office at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, they called by back by 8:15. I was told a service tech would be at my home between 9 & 10. He showed up at 9:15 a.m. and was finished by 9:30 a.m. Outstanding service.

From the initial call to set up the service call to see what was causing the leak to the replacement of the broken parts, everyone with the company was courteous and pleasant. When the service call was made on Monday to see what was causing the leak, Anthony was punctual and extremely polite. He gave me an-on-the-spot quote for the parts and labor. Anthony returned on Wednesday to replace the parts, and again he was punctual and very polite. What a pleasure to have such professional repair service with honesty and integrity! We will use DiChristopher for any of our appliance repairs and recommend the company to everyone.

When we bought our house several years ago, we also bought the appliances that were already there--refrigerator, oven, washer machine, and dryer. They are relatively old machines (probably more than 10 years), but they have been working fine since we moved in. Recently the refrigerator stopped cooling. We thought that this was it--time for a new fridge. Called DiChristopher and they came out the next day (they were booked solid the day we called). They were extremely prompt and efficient--they diagnosed and repaired the fridge very quickly. The fridge is back to normal and I think we can get another few years out of it. While they were out here fixing the fridge, we had DiChristopher look at our washer machine. We were only able to wash with cold water. Turns out a valve was broken and, after finishing the fridge, they fixed the washer too. It also works great now. Overall, I was very impressed with their professionalism--on time, honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

They came out the day after I called them. He called before he came to let me know he was on the way. He looked at the oven and said he needed to get a part to fix it. Then he said he had a friend nearby who may have the part he needed. He came back within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the service.

Not a lot to tell, but they replaced our ice maker. The repair was needed and they were punctual, fair and did a good job.

I really like that they were quick and punctual. I thought they were reasonable for the price of the work that they did. It was done in good time and I haven't had any problems with my washer since then. I would hire them in the future if necessary.

He gave us a lot of information and said we need to consider buying a new stove because he did not know if this will resolve our problem. He happened to find a leakage which was not related to the problem. We considered buying a stove, but decided to call him back. He was very nice and he did not charge us for the second visit He installed the valve and it worked fine. He is wonderful and his quality of work is good. He referred us to another company to have our dryer vent cleaned.

He was fantastic. My wife was here when he came to repair it and she said that he was prompt, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with.

Just done yesterday and I hear ice making. Service man was very pleasant, explained what had broken on the old unit and the difference in the new factor unit. Also gave me some tips on proper care and maintenance of the refrigerator.

They were excellent. We had another company say we either had to pay $1000 to replace the door or buy one of their used appliances. With Dichristopher, it was only $160 plus tax to fix the door.

Had a problem with defective valve which was promptly replaced. Will use again without hesitation.

The six year old front loader washer had stopped draining. I called on a Monday and was able to schedule a technician for Tuesday. Anthony called within the "service window" given, between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and arrived within 10 minutes of his call. He quickly diagnosed that the pump needed to be replaced. He was very kind and friendly. I had not been exclusively using the HE detergent one should use with a front loader, so it was no surprise when he kindly suggested I follow the manufacturer's manual and use it! Non-HE detergent is not recommended for front loaders. I have learned my lesson!

This is a front load washer that would not drain. I spoke to these guys and they were able to diagnose the problem by phone, and walked me through the repair, saving us the expense of the service call. The repair went well and I called to thank them for being honest and got a list of other things they repair. I would recommend this company to all.

They saved me from having to get a whole new dishwasher. I was very pleased with their service, and I plan to use them again.

They're great. Wonderful. I'll definitely use them again. They were very very good about scheduling the work. Even though they needed a part they got it very quickly.

They are very conscientious. They called several times to tell me they were still waiting in the part. The day it came in, they were out to put in on.

Found them on Angie s List and visited the company website. It was after business hours, so I sent them an email. A company representative called first thing the next morning, and had someone here by about 2pm - the same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem - had the part with him and fixed the dishwasher. He also went the extra mile to check the rest of the machine and fix a couple of other minor problems. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Excellent company. I have used them before and I feel that they are very honest and fair. They don't trick you with a lot of extra fees etc.
