They did a great job at fixing the problem.

The technician quickly ascertained the problem and fortunately had the necessary part on his truck. The whole repair process took less than one hour. What made the experience noteworthy was the technician called before arriving to ensure someone was home. He cleaned under the refrigerator as the coils on the bottom. There was no charge for this extra work. Finally, we received two follow-up phone calls. One informing us if we had any problems to call their 24-hour phone number and a second one a couple days later asking if the repair corrected the problem. This is the way a repair company should opperate.

Called company in the morning. Though they had a full schedule, they were able to perform same-day service. Don came out by noon and fixed the fridge. There were two possible things that could be wrong. Ended up being the computer. He was very informative and up front about what he was doing. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them.

The tech called a couple of hours ahead of the scheduled service to confirm. He arrived promptly, and started working on the fridge while explaining in detail the steps he was taking, and the cost of repairs.

He is methodical and reports the problem only after thorough diagnostics, and every repair his company has done for us is effective and lasts. The person who came to my home to fix my refrigerator was very efficient and fair. He advised that because he did not have to defrost the refrigerator so he could take $60.00 off the price for $200.00. So I paid $160.00 plus tax. There was a light bulb that was broken. He stated that it was not safe to have that, so he gave me a light bulb and installed it for nothing. He was honest and knew what was wrong by my answers to his questions. Don was very courteous, informative and we had s good conversation on appliances in general. He warned that it may eventually fail again but after over a month, its still 'keeping its cool.' Also applied an Angie's List discount.

They had been recommended to me by another AL member. I called them and we set up a time. They came out promptly and on time. He checked the refrigerator and told me that I had a leak due to one of the water line connections. He replaced it and told me up front what the price would cost. After he replaced it, he showed me the old part and how it became corroded. He replaced my water filter and it is running much better. The dishwasher had been leaving residue on the dishes and he checked to make sure all the jets were running well. He then told me that problem was due to the change in formulations of solutions in dishwasher detergents. He told me where I could an additive to solve the problem and even gave me a bottle to start with. I am totally blind and he also explained to me the proper amount I should use of both dishwasher powder and the additive and showed me the proper placement of each. He also suggest some other settings on the dishwasher that would be very helpful. He was very courteous and I like the idea that he actually took the time to explain about the two units.

My front loader washing machine had developed quite a bit of mildew on the rubber gasket and was beginning to smell. DiChristopher explained that this is common with front loaders and had the part ordered and installed within a few days of calling. They were on time and professional as well, and their rates were extremely reasonable compared to the warranty companies that I have been working with. I will definitely be calling them again when I need appliance repair.

They found out that I had a bad circuit. He took the dryer apart and inspected in thoroughly. He said if the circuit went out again, I would have to buy a whole new unit. He was very nice and professional. He responded quickly, and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Went GREAT!!!! I love these folks. They answered the phone on Thursday, listened to my problem, and said yes they could fix it. Gave me an appointment for the following day, and arrived exactly in the window they gave me. It is a family-owned business. The son did the repair. He was efficient, neat, and very polite -- and clearly knew his work. He fixed the whole thing in a half hour or less, and explained to me what he did, and what the costs were. I really appreciated his friendly but business-like approach. I appreciated his pointing out the additional small repair that my washer needed. It all works well now, and I am SO happy. Would have these folks back in a heartbeat. They are a credit to their profession. Also, they have a very reasonable service charge policy. Give them a call!

I called DiChristopher on a Thursday and they were able to come out on the next Monday, which was fine with me. Our problem was by no means an emergency. DiChristopher called me on Monday morning to tell me that they would arrive between 1 and 3 pm. Then, the serviceman called me to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived earlier than he had estimated and got right to work. He was obviously very familiar with dishwashers, and he diagnosed the problems within a few minutes. He spent about 30 minutes checking things over and making sure that there weren't any other problems. So, he was in and out in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with his work ethic, honesty, and professionalism. DiChristopher has a minimum charge of $89.99 for a service call, but he gave us a small discount and then took another 10% off because we were Angie's List members. I thought that this was a fair price for the work that was done. I highly recommend DiChristopher for any appliance work that you need done. UPDATE 8/31/10: We continued to have a white residue on all of our dishes. The owner of the company personally came out and spent 2 hours rechecking everything in the dishwasher. It now runs perfectly, and he did not charge any extra to make the situation right. This is the type of customer service that you only dream about!

Went very well. Technician called in advance to confirm arrival time. Technician arrived on time and completed service promptly and efficiently.

I placed a service call on Thursday and described that my washing machine was leaking from the front. I was offerred an available appointment the same day but asked that it be scheduled on my vacation day the following Monday. As promised, I received a call that morning with the appointment time, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Anthony was right on time. He took the washer cover off, discovered the problem, replaced the part and reassembled the machine in no time. He was very professional and pleasant.

The work was done very efficiently with no mess left afterwards. Of note is that we wrote an email through Angie's List and DiChristopher responded immediately. The email from Anglie's List did not reach them until after they had completed our job. They called concerned that we had an additional problem. I assured DiChristopher that the work had been completed and the email was just delayed in getting to them. We would highly recommend the company and will definitely use them in the future and have given their name to our relatives and friends.

He was very polite and knew his business. He told me what was wrong - gave me an estimate and I called him back and told him to fix it. He picked it up and a day later it was back.

Everything went great except that shortly after the new relay was installed the kitchen smelt of burning plastic and the fridge had taken another relay as a victim. We were given the option to keep working on it and possibly try cleaning up some contacts connected to the compressor, but it wouldn't be a sure thing. After speaking to my wife on the phone we decided to give up on this unit a call it a day. We were only charged the $45 service fee we were initially quoted which was VERY appreciated with no haggling or negotiating needed over the new part that failed. I will certainly call on Dichristopher Appliance Service again if I have any repair needs on any of my appliances and would quickly recommend them to any friend who is in a similar situation.

The dishwasher is working fine. They're responsive, and they came out right away. The price was too high. That would be my only complaint.

He arrived on time and found the problem and replaced the parts. He was here probably 20 minutes and was very courteous and helpful with questions. I was very pleased with their service.

I called on a Monday. Don came the next day, calling shortly before 8:00am to let me know when to expect him. After diagnosing both problems, he gave me quote on parts and labor, and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the work. The range is thirty years old, and the burner had been out for some time as I could not find a new one. With just two quick phone calls Don located one. It had to be sent to Tampa so he installed the new fan motor and came back two days later with the new burner. He gave me a thirty dollar discount on the installation fee. He always protected the range top with a blanket. To watch him is to see a master at work. He is a delightful gentleman with a winning personality. He seems to enjoy his work, and he cares about his customers. He provides superior service. I could not have made a better choice.

He was responsive and called me right back within 5 minutes. He explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing. He put a new motor in and fixed it and I was pleased with his service. He also made sure that everything was working well before he left.
