I've used them twice and they are excellent. The price is reasonable.

Anthony checked out my valued Neptune washer/dryer, and determined that the unit's circuit boards were in great shape. (sigh of relief). He measured the voltage to the unit with a volt-meter. He showed me that the electrical voltage getting to the unit was 120v vs. the specified 240 v. He suggested that an electrician could diagnose the breaker panel, etc. serving the unit. After the visit by the electrician and wire and breaker replacement, all was in working order. Anthony, and Don as well, can be truly trusted to know what is really wrong with an appliance and advise customers of the correct path to problem resolution! I have called them several times for different repairs and the solution is always available for a fair price.

The repair went smoothly. Technician was efficient and thorough and very conscientious about cleaning up which I found refreshing and commendable since that has rarely been my experience. I especially like the fact they are a small family owned company. We all need to support businesses such as this.

I have used DiChristopher in the past for my oven door not shutting properly. Was so impressed with the service decided to call for my dishwasher. The young man who came out was very professional, explained where the leak was coming from and resolved the problem. Very professional and I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I thought it was some electric problem with the washer digital panel. At the end it was just some cleaning on a difficult to reach place. The tech guy Anthony, arrive on time, was super professional and even explain us how to avoid having the same problem again. And the most important of all, was HONEST.

Son of owner diagnosed problem immediately & set up appointment for father & son to return & do work. They arrived on time with everything they needed & completed job perfectly.

Initially I called just to get the ice maker fixed, but by the time Don arrived my list had grown.Don determined the ice maker needed to be replaced and then I proceeded very gently to tellhim about my add-ons. He was up front with me about the cost of things but gave me options.We went from there and he was able to work his magic on the rest of my list! He also gave metips and instructions along the way. Very much appreciated. Thank you.Will definitely use them again.

I was pleased with the service from end-to-end. Thanks to a cancellation I was able to get next-day service (and even without that cancellation I was still going to have a repairman here within two days). I received a call the morning of the scheduled service with a 2-hour window and the repairman arrived well within that window and the work was also completed within that window. I found everyone I dealt with to be professional and friendly - very easy to work with.

It went well. The son was very professional and very competent.

Arrived later than originally planned, but he called well ahead to tell us that he was running late. Also called again when he was on his way to our house. Very professional, friendly and explained everything well. Quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

I was given a time for service from 1 PM - 3 PM. Anthony called about 1:30 and arrived 10 minutes later. He was professional, courteous and personable. He got to work immediately making sure the machine was level before I put a load of laundry in for a test wash. He then took the front panel off and checked to see if anything was broken from the washer being unlevel for so long and thankfully, everything was in one piece. He put the panel back on and that was it. I mentioned a small leak where we connected the cold water connection to the wall and he tightened that with a special tool and no more leak! I was very pleased with the service I received and if a problem comes up in the future, I will definitely use them again.

This company was dispatched by my home warranty company after I complained about the first one. I had used this company previously and was sure they could fix the problem and they did not disappoint me. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and returned within a couple of days to install the needed component. My machine has been functioning ever since with no issues. I definitely would recommend A DiChristopher Appliance for any appliance repairs.

They were awesome. They came on-time and diagnosed the problem quickly. They cleaned the dryer and checked all of the components. He was very professional. I would use them and recommend them to another person in a heartbeat.

Fair price, was professional, works like a top.

I was able to get an appointment right away with DiChristopher (even though it was a holiday weekend). My washing machine and dryer were performing poorly and getting steadily worse. I attributed it to the age of the machines ( +14 years ), but wanted to know whether they were worth fixing vs. buying new machines. It turned out that the washing machine was a simple fix (the water inlet valve assembly was replaced). The dryer turned out to have a lint issue, and a specific dryer lint company was recommended. I called the dryer lint company recommended by DiChristopher. They came out on 1/2/2012 and cleaned out the vent system; however, they noticed that there was still some blockage from the lint inside the dryer and the connection tube from the dryer to the wall was not properly installed. I called DiChristopher and relayed that information to them. They sent a repairman the same day and completed the job at no additional cost to me. Both my washer and dryer are now performing like new and I couldn't be happier. What impressed me most about DiChristopher was even though there was a little bit of work left undone the first time, they acknowledged it, came out as soon as I called and made it right. Now that's a professional company! I would not hesitate to call them again and would definitely recommend them to friends.
