Honest company. My refrigerator was not cooling. I looked at Angie?s list, called ADichristopher . They came on time, detected the problem, showed me the problem, I authorize fixing it, and he fixed it. In and out in less than 1 hour and priced right! I give them an A+.

Good honest company. Came out to house within 24 hours of initial contact. Took five minutes to quickly determine the issue. Ordered the part and replaced it the next week when it came in. Offered a temporary solution to the problem in the interim. No mark up on the part. Company got it cheaper than if I ordered it myself from GE. $94 for labor is not too bad considering two trips out to my house and 15 minutes of speedy work. Part looks great. Part guaranteed for 90 days Labor for 30 days No guarantee on any rubber, glass and plastic parts (unless your fridge is made of wood, this would probably negate most components installed in any given service). Will remember the quality service and call A. DiChristopher next time an issue comes up that I think is up their alley.

It was great. He is very very nice. I have used Christopher 3 or 4 times and he has been very helpful. I keep his number available.

Don's quick thinking saved me a service call! I called my preferred appliance repair company , DiChristopher's, to request switch replacement for my electric cooktop burners. Don suggested that I locate the model number( he told me where to find it) and call back. He called his supplier and called me right back to confirm that the switches were no longer produced for my "vintage" cooktop. By avoiding a service call, he saved me both time and money. Then, he suggested a plan for replacement of the cooktop. This is good customer service.

I liked A DiChristopher Appliance Service. He was really friendly. He came in and was very quick with what he did. He was in and out and gone.

I called DiChristopher a couple of weeks ago because my dryer wasn't working. After asking me a few questions the tech suggested he was pretty sure the air vent needed to be cleaned out. I appreciate he wanted to save me money and hassle so I called Denlintz as he suggested. He asked if i was a long time customer, which i am, and he said after I had it done to please call back if it did not help. Delintz came and cleaned out the vent on what is a very new house. Today i called DiChristopher back because the dryer is still not working right. The operator was pretty rude, and said they "couldn't come out until at least next week". I tried to explain the situation but she wouldn't let me get one word out. She said "she's sorry" and they aren't a big company with a lot of trucks. I get that and I would have actually been okay waiting til next week but she never bothered to ask and it was pretty clear to me she was annoyed they were busy. Clearly they have too much business. Good for them! If you're looking for a hungry company that does a good job, try one of the other appliance companies out here on angies list.

We contacted them to schedule service call and they were responsive and able to come out the following day. He checked out the garbage disposal and determined it needed to be replaced. We had for quite a while so we kind of expected that. He was courteous and professional and had someone bring over a new garbage disposal which he replaced. Very efficient, clean and quick. Within an hour all was done. Wonderful service. Would highly recommend!!!

Call was returned in a rapid manner. Service was done by a polite and informative technician. Prcing was affordable and fair. Highly recommend and will definitely call again.

A repair of the electronic system would have been $300 for our GE washer and we decided to replace the washer. This GE model has been a problem to other owners. I would be happy to deal with DiChristopher at any time. The only charge was for the service call.

The technician performed a service call for my dishwasher which wasn't working properly. It was merely an accumulation of detergent, which he showed me, and then cleaned the inside. He recommended that I use another product that will prevent the buildup of detergent. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Responded quickly, came the same day and fixed quickly. Told me how to avoid it happening again

The gentlman came on time and gave me a reasonable price. He fixed it in a short period of time and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend them for sure.

He didn't need to even look, he said you need a new motor...the cost of that plus labor was @200. I think a new refrigerator is a better option. Why couldn't they say that on the phone...instead of coming to the house, asking me about the noise, telling me it was the motor and then I pay 48? They could have said that on the phone, he said I don't even have to look at the motor, that's what it is.

Great! He was on time, knowledgeable and very courteous. I will definitely call him again. Unfortunately, I cannot remember how much the charge was for the repair.

The owner is whom I spoke with over the phone and who performed the service. He was considerate, courteous, professional and skilled. I LOVE IT WHEN PEOPLE "KNOW" THEIR CRAFT! He came over to my home and assessed the dysfunction and it turned out to be some motor in the icemaker. Luckily he had the part in van, as I correctly informed him of my refridgerator's make, model. He replace the parts and made me ice!! Good as new. He did all of this around the Christmas holiday. He really knows his stuff and was pleasant to speak to. Will definitely call upon his services again if I should need an appliance repaired. VERY IMPRESSED!!

What a nice guy! We just moved and are renting our old house, and the day after Christmas they called to say the fridge was broken. I am ashamed to say I forgot the gentleman's name, but he coordinated the visit with our renters, let us pay over the phone, and did a great job! I was impressed that even though this was last minute, he recognized the sense of urgency given that it was a fridge. We intend to call to schedule some proactive maintenance on our own fridge, as well as on the A/C!

DiChristopher Appliance Service is a family owned business. Don (owner) was courteous and speedy! He had a friendly, clean cut demeanor and wiped his feet before entering our home. Our ice maker stopped making ice. He came the day after Christmas, had the part in hand and replaced it--literally-- within 15 minutes of arriving. He really knows his refridgerators. Will use their service again for any future issues with any of my appliances!

My Side by Side Refrigerator suddenly ceased working on Saturday 23 November 2012. Since it was late on a Saturday, I tried contacting various appliance repair services that were identified on Angie's List. The approximately six services I attempted to contact either did not make service calls on Saturday evenings or Sundays, or were not available to talk to due to the late hour. In most cases I left a voicemail on the answering services with the hope I would get a call back on Monday. Happily, DiChristopher Appliance Service (Don) called me Saturday evening to let me know he could come by my residence Sunday morning. He said that he typically did not make service calls on Sundays, but that he had a special case he was responding to on Sunday which was close to my residence. Don and his assistant (Alison) arrived mid-morning on Sunday and was able to make an immediate and accurate assessment of the problem with my refrigerator. The problem was a burned out thermostat. Don quickly replaced the thermostat and doubled checked for any other problems. The work was completed all within about 30 minutes and completely resolved the problem. The cost for the service (including labor, cost of parts and tax) was $195.38. This cost did include a 10% discount on the labor due to being an Angie's list member. My only chagrin was the service cost I felt a bit high, but being a Sunday it seemed to be the price one in need usually has to pay. Nonetheless, Don and his assistant were very courteous and professional and I would definitely hire A. DiChristopher Appliance Service's again.
