Provider was prompt in return call and for appointment time. The technician, Anthony, was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me watching him while he worked and answered all of my questions and even offered to teach me how different parts worked on the machine to gain a better understanding of what malfunctioned and how the machine works in general. Overall, I was please with the service and would use again in the future if needed.

It went great, they fit me in that very day. They came around 11am he was professional, and told me what was wrong and the prices. I agreed, and he did the work and that was it. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

When I called for service I explained I was trying to decide whether to repair or replace a 15 year old dryer. I decided it was worth the price to see if it was repairable and if it was worth repairing and it was. I called late in the day and was given an appointment for the next day. In addition, I was given advise of what dryers to stay away from if I decided to purchase a new dryer. I was told which dryers were requiring extensive repairs within a couple of years and to stay away from those particular makes. Further advise was the higher end dryers usually have more complicated electronics which will result in higher costs to repair when needed. Thank you for all the great information which I will keep in mind in the future! Thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what would be included in price such as checking the dryer over and cleaning out. Came on time, repairs were made quickly and I now have a working dryer once again. Most of my appliances are getting up there in age so I anticipate using A DiChristopher again. This will be the first appliance repair service I will call when the need arrises. Thank you!

When I woke up and turned on the oven to heat my breakfast, the oven would only heat up slightly. I called DiChristopher before they even opened and left a message. They called me back within a half hour and I was able to schedule an appointment with them for early afternoon. We've used them several times before to fix our refrigerator and washing machine, clean our dryer, and now they fixed our oven. Each time they've been prompt, professional, clean, friendly and fair. Today was no exception. You can tell that both Don and his son (who both work for this family owned company) really care about the quality of their work. Two thumbs up!

Found out at 8:00 P.M. that refrigerator was not cooling properly. Thermometer showed the temperature was in the danger zone, and we were going to have food spoilage. Left a message on their answering machine, and Don called me the first thing the next morning. Although they were booked, he managed to work me in, and do it on my lunch hour, so I wouldn't have to miss so much work. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He immediately found the problem to be a package of bread was blocking the blower vent, so cold air coming out hit the package, was deflected back and that threw off the thermostat. He took time to explain the working of the refrigerator and how to place items, and adjust the temperature and air flow. Only charge was a minimum service call fee. Don was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. We have used DiChristopher's services in the past with the same result, and we will continue to use them.

The refrigerator was too cold and it was freezing everything. He found some parts that needed to be replaced and ordered them. The parts came in within about a week and he completed the replacement. I have used their services three or four times now and I have always had a good experience with them. I will go back to them for any other large appliance repairs I may need.

Was able to schedule same day. Arrived as scheduled, made quick analysis, fixed problem. I use them for all appliance service. Highly recommend.

We made appointment a week out in advance due to our availability. A DiChristopher had a cancellation the day before our appointment and asked if they could come then. We were not available, so we stayed with the original appointment. They called the morning of our appointment and said they'd be by between 8-10am, and Anthony arrived around 9:15. We told him the washer was making a moaning sound which Anthony immediately diagnosed as a bad motor. He said it would be the standard service call charge ($95 - 10% Angie's List discount) plus the cost of the motor. We asked if it made more sense to replace the motor or get a new unit. He recommended replacing the motor because newer units have much smaller motor assemblies, do not have impellers made for chopping up food residue, and have circuit boards which have a tendency to fail. He supported his assertion by showing us a motor for a newer model which was significantly smaller and lighter, so we opted for the repair. Anthony took all of 20 minutes to replace the motor, test it, check for leaks, and be on his way. He was clean, professional, and was respectful of our home and us. He said just he and his dad do the repairs, so you're not going to get someone who has no vested interest in the success of the company. Note: We chose A DiChristopher for two reasons: 1. Their Angie's List reputation 2. We had a white residue issue with this washer a few years ago and called A DiChristopher to have them check it out. The woman who answered the phone (Anthony's mom) suggested we try a different detergent which ended up solving the issue. They could have easily charged us a service call only to have the same result.

Naturally I noticed my refrigerator getting warmer afternormal business hours. I researched Angie?s List and found this vendor. I wrote them an email of the description of my frig and the problem and asked them to call me after 9 am the next morning. Well, I woke prior to that and called them to find that they were waiting to call me. I scheduled an appointment and they fit me in that morning. It turned out that all my frig needed was a new fan, which he had a replacement in the vehicle. The man was so nice and only to find out that he is the owner. Very professional and knowledgeable and would definitely use again and recommend.

The technician was very professional, someone came the morning after we called. He had the part we needed on his truck (which impressed me) and was able to get us up and running again in no time. This was the third time we had replaced this icemaker (other times under warranty) and this replacement unit is the only one that has worked right and given us actual ice cubes. Very happy.

I have always called them anytime I have needed appliances. I had another company repair the ice maker in the refrigerator because it was making the ice drop out easily and they ended up doing something to the refrigerator that I woke up the next morning and found the place flooded so I called Dichristopher Appliance Repair. They came out and fixed it. I called the other company because it was still under warranty; I had bought the refrigerator from them.

They were excellent communicators, prompt, and efficient.

I use them for all of my major appliences. They are very reliable and provide excellent service, They give good advice about older appliences and ideas about new products. We will continue to use them.

I really liked the guy. He was very informative and didn't try to push his services on me. He had a disposal right in his truck, so he was able to fix it right on sight, which was fabulous. But I really just liked the fact that he wasn't trying to push off a service or sell me anything that I really didn't need. I really liked that.

My two year old GE washer started screaming very time it spun. Of course, it was out of warranty. I called A DiChristopher Appliance Service. They came out quickly, and diagnosed a transmission failure immediately. I expected to just abandon this unit and purchase another due to the related costs equating to more than half the original cost of the unit new. However Anthony recommended that I contact GE first. I did as he suggested, and GE agreed to ship my part to me without cost! That meant that I could get my repair done and it was only a quarter of the cost of a new unit. I would not have bothered to call GE without Anthony's recommendation, as I figured they would just turn me away due to my expired warranty. He also assured me that my older fridge and dishwasher which worked fine, but I had been considering replacing, were actually die-hard units that were cheaply repaired. So those have moved to a lower priority on my list. I'm not sure how you can get better service than that. And I know who I will be calling the next time I need an appliance repair.

I think this is adequate since realistically I can't expect somebody to be there immediately. The service tech who arrived was professional and pleasant. He knew what was wrong with our washing machine quickly and fixed the problem. We would use this company again in the future for any of our appliance repair.

My washer would stop mid cycle and wouldn't spin. The problem was that sometime it would work just fine and then other times it would take 6 hours to do a load of laundry. I called Monday morning and by Monday noon i had a technician come out to the house. He was on time and prepared with whatever might be the problem of my washer. Gave me an estimate i was comfortable with and replaced the part with in 30 minutes. He also showed me and explained what the problem was with the old part. I felt that he was honest and would definitely use them again.

TREMENDOUS!!! I was very please with their service. I would highly recommend them. The beauty here is that they didn't want to take any of my money until they fully diagnosed the problem. I was ready to cough up some serious cash until they informed me that my problem wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. How can a person not like that? A DiChristopher are TOPS in my book!

I contacted the DiChristopher Appliance Service in the late afternoon to repair my dishwasher, they asked me for the brand, and then scheduled Anthony the next morning who arrived on time. Anthony was very professional and courteous and went straight to work. He has the same dishwasher and gave me good information about the machine, it's performance and maintenance. Unfortunately it was the motor ... ugh. He helped me with the decision of repair vs replace by describing the high quality manufacturing that went into my model vs the newer "plastic" type of manufacturing that does not hold up well. He had the part in his van and was in and out in a short period of time. He even recommended a product for water spots, too. His Dad started the company and his Mom is the scheduler, so this is a family operated company which is my "go to" type of vendor. I told Anthony his parents did a good job ... and he smiled and nodded. By the way, yes, I highly recommend this company.

Anthony arrived promptly. He quickly identified the problem. When I asked what issues would result if I didn't have the work done, he was honest and told me nothing. He didn't try to force the repair on me. I went with the repair because the noise was extremely annoying. His repair time estimate was accurate. He explained exactly what he did when he completed the work.

From the beginning, it was a positive experience. They called the day after I had posted a message on Angie's list and we scheduled and appointment which they kept and were on time. The individual providing the service was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The cost was reasonable for work performed. An all-around positive experience.
