When they came out they were supposed to repair the ice maker and a noise from the water line. When the tech arrived he only knew about the ice maker and said he did not know about the noise. Had to wait for them to order a valve. He said he order the wrong valve and had to order a different one and it was significantly more but they were going to give to me at cost. Trust them I guess. The refrigerator began to make the same noise again shortly after the install. I could not find receipt quickly and had trouble finding the company on the internet. It shows as a New York company even though based in the Tampa area and thought it was someone different until I found the receipt. Since it’s 12 days past the 30 days since it was installef the labor for the repair is not included. Customer satisfaction is not one of their strong points. I would rather try my luck with a different repair company.
