Their prices are really low. They come out promptly. They are always courteous. They do good work. They cleaned up afterward. Having to cut into the wall behind the faucet to do the job, they replaced the drywall. All I had to do was mud and repaint the wall. I will call them first whenever I have plumbing problems in the future.

We had several problems occur with the plumbing in our kitchen during the space of about 1-2 weeks in October- November of last year. Also, our hot water heater went out. White's made several visits to our home during this time frame and took care of everything. To sum up, we have used White's Plumbing for many years and have always been pleased with the service and the friendiness of the employees, including the office staff.

Eddy was on time, very efficient, in both finding/replacing a cracked outdoor sewage line adapter cap and in locating /clearing the multiple sources of this blocked line. Additionally, this technician's timely/expert reporting of the probable originating source of my home's sewage backup/responsibility for correction ( the City of Tallahassee ) to White's Administrative Office ( Judy, who promptly notified Tallahassee ) and by the City's respect for/established good name of this Business, prompt repairs were made ( including those by Tallahassee, at White's behest ). I was only charged for and quot;a single hourand quot; of White's time! Absolutely no return of backup difficulty has occurred ( though a continual problem previously ) . Communication throughout was exceptional and pro-active. As an out of town landlord, the peace achieved by finding an exceptionally expert, honest, customer friendly plumbing repair business ( with earned clout ) is very valuable.

In both cases, the staff from White's was prompt and got right to the work at hand. There have been no issues with the work done. They even talked me through a plumbing issue that was caused by another plumber that allowed me to repair it myself. Great folks all around.

White's came out to give me an estimate on a full suite of plumbing services for my bathroom remodel. After talking it through with the estimator we agreed to do a time and materials work effort with me doing the demo and finish work and White's doing the rough in. The services that they provided were precisely what I needed at the price point that I could afford. They even gave me advice over the phone to help me correct plumbing problem created by another company. Great people!

They did great service, and they were on time. We did not have any problems.

They responded to my call in a timely manner. The technician was polite and professional. He replaced my leaky kitchen faucet . The new faucet however had a leak as well. That was replaced and the third faucet also leaked. They finally replaced that one with a higher quality model at no extra charge to me. Every employee I spoke to over the phone and in person was as friendly and responsive throughout this ordeal as they had been when I first called. Great customer service. My faucet now works perfectly. That's my kind of company.

They come as quickly as they can and are reasonably priced. They always do a good job.

Arrived when promised. Determined cause was related to septic. Recommended septic company which we did not use. Have used Whites many times. Good, honest people.

Their bid was about $1000 higher than the other bid I got, so I went with the other firm.

They were good. They came in and did what they were supposed to do. They charged me for one service call. They responded on time. They took care of the issue and that was it. They were very professional. I think they are a little bit higher than some other ones but it maybe because they are better.

They called to let us know they were on the way and then got there when they said they would. They installed the dishwasher and changed the water filter and cheked a few things. Very nice and professional. They also called to follow up and sent a thank you card. They will be my plumber for life. Thanks White's for a job well done.

Our water heater failed on a Saturday. We called White's and were put on the list for the following Monday. A new heater was delivered Monday morning by 10 am and the installation completed by 1 pm. While he was on site, the service person also repaired our leaking kitchen faucet by installing a new seal kit.

I called White's and spoke to a very nice receptionist that arranged an appointment for the next day to change out a garbage disposal. Craig came out and arrived a little early. He tried using the tool to loosen the disposal but couldn't get it to budge. He replaced the old disposal with a new one from his truck and charged for labor, the disposal, p-trap and disposal kit. He worked quickly and it didn't take him half an hour to finish. He filled up the sink and checked to see if there were any leaks and that the sink drained properly. All worked beautifully. I feel White's is a little higher in cost but I have used them multiple times and have always been pleased with their work which gives me peace of mind. They have always been punctual, honest, and have cleaned up well when finished. The receptionist has always tried to accommodate me with scheduling.

We've used White's Plumbing for several years, most recently for a drain cleaning and inspection, and always have been very satisfied with the work they perform. Their front-office (Helen and Judy) are knowledgable and always friendly and efficient, so scheduling the right person to do the work needed is never a problem. Their team of service technicians is top-notch; Randy (who met our most recent need) is especially competent and thorough. Brandi always gives us a post-service call to make sure we're satisfied with the work done and there are no other problems. All this reflects the overall care and concern of the owners (Debbie and Roger) who truly value their customers and take pride in providing high-quality service, whether the job is routine or specialized. There are a number of plumbers serving Tallahassee and the surrounding area. In my opinion, White's is the best of the bunch.

White's is a family owned business, and the attention to customer needs, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra length is exceptional. I was treated with respect and intelligence by every member of the team, from Helen in the office, to the servicemen on the job, to Mr. White himself. The work was done quickly, neatly, with as little interruption of my service as possible, and at a price that was completely reasonable, neither the highest nor the lowest of the bids I received. Mr. White came out and inspected the work twice, and was willing to work with me to split payment over six weeks when a full payment would have created some hard ship. I continue to recommend White's as the and quot;go-toand quot; plumber in Tallahassee to all my neighbors and friends. They are a full-service plumbing company, and absolutely reliable.

I called White's and made an appointment to have the work done. They came out promptly. Communication with me was excellent. Chris worked quickly and efficiently and everything worked beautifully. No leak from the toilet and the shower plate is still firmly affixed to the tile. They even did a courtesy call a couple of days later to see if everything was all right.

We have used White's Plumbing to install gas appliances (a dryer) and to repair a tankless water heater display. Both times the office staff went out of their way to make sure that they had all the information they needed to bring the correct parts the first time. They even provided research on the tankless water heater situation and called me back when they had an answer from the manufacturer.

They took alot of time and work doing it and didn't give up as it was a difficult repair. They ended up getting the job done.

The installers came on time and installed it. We have had no problems.

My husband tried to remove the hair from my bathroom drain, and broke it in the process of fixing it. He had just had carpal tunnel surgery recently, so he got half way through, and decided we needed help. we had called Whites on a previous occasion and was please with them, so called again. They came the next morning, and fixed both of the drains promptly, and was very professional. Used a 2nd time recently. prompt for appointment, and fixed problem immediately.

They did a great job. They were responsive and professional. They did come back. We have used them for different things.

He (the plumber) was thorough and very professional, skipping small talk and directly taking care of the issues.
