They did a great job replacing my tankless water heater in Tallahassee! Came out same day for a quote and even volunteered to see if they could fix the old heater. Replaced the unit the next day at a very fair price. They were very professional, polite and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Work quality was good but the new employee took an excessive amount of time looking up prices on his iPad so the cost increased by at least double since he was at my house for 2.5 + hours. Actual work only took a little over 1 hour. I did not expect to pay for his inexperience. I called to question the charge but was told that since he was at the house for the stated time, I had to pay the exorbitant charge. I would have paid half the amount for the time he put in working and looking up a few prices for materials.

I had never used Village Plumber before but they were recommended by a neighbor. Our kitchen sink was leaking & the plumber we had called didn't show up. I called Village Plumber about 5 pm after they were closed. I left a message never expecting a call back. I received one half an hour later. The technician came out a couple hours later, just about when I was told to expect him. He fixed the problem quickly & then said he was going to check with his boss about lowering the amount we were quoted for the job. I would agree with my neighbor & definitely recommend Village Plumber.

Jason arrived a few minutes early. He helped plan my counter and sink replacement with a granite counter installation team. Jason skillfully coordinated his work with the counter installer avoiding conflict between contractors. He then proceeded to repair the jumble under my kitchen sink. (I made part of the jumble myself). He took his time and fixed it right. I feel fortunate that he showed up on this job.

I had a hot water tank valve drip. Jason assured me of the problem and I didn't need the tank replaced. I had two shower head extensions purchased from them and installed. I also ordered a utility tub to replace the existing stained one in the garage along with a Delta faucet. They will return when the tub arrives.

The Village Plumber recently installed four new faucets in our home after we had granite installed in our kitchen and bathrooms by Ultimate Granite. What a fabulous combination!!! These two companies worked seamlessly together. Once our granite was installed (which only took three hours and looks fabulous) they called the Village Plumber and they arrived at our house within the hour to install our faucets. As it turns out, one of the faucets arrived broken, and when the replacement faucet arrived (today), Ultimate Granite reached out to the Village Plumber and set up a time on the same day to install the part. The three men from The Village Plumber, David, Jason and Michael, were exemplary. Courteous and proficient in their job. I can't recommend these both companies enough and would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone. Thanks to both companies for a job VERY WELL DONE.

Very happy with this experience. We found water leaking around the bottom of the toilet on a Friday morning. We were very worried that we would end up with no plumbing over the weekend. Joe from the Village Plumber came out that day and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

The problem occurred on a Sunday, I called and left a message. Received a call on Monday morning. Michael arrived early Monday afternoon and fixed the problem. He knew what to do and had the appropriate tools and equipment. Michael's work was excellent and was performed while respecting our property. He even wiped the floor with an antiseptic cleaner when he was finished. Will use them again and recommend them.

Michel was on time and did a great job. Installed faucets in two bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. When he left everything worked and the place was clean. If I ever need a plumber in the future I will definitely be giving them a call

We had a wonderful 23 yr old service Technician who fixed our repair and even did above and beyond what we needed done this is an amazing company with very fair prices and they serviced us the same day we called. I believe the young manâ s name was either Jason or Justin. Thank you!

Tough job but Micheal did an excellent job of replacing the fixtures.

They arrived on time and provided a very professional quote that was the lowest of 3 quotes ($3000, $3500, and $5500). They were able to schedule us within the 10 days quoted, arrived on time and completed the work professionally. This was a whole house water line replacement, they left the home clean and all work was professionally completed with a one year guarantee against any leaks or defects. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.
