Do make sure you know if you have a new roof before calling Tallahassee Roofing.  Ms. Taylor is an old friend of mine so I am sure that had something to do with me not getting a bill for the time I wasted of these hard working people.  I love those Taylors.

The work was completed as promised, no surprises.  We are extremely pleased with the new roof.

They did an excellent job. They looked very professional when they came out to look at it; they wore uniforms. My wife was comfortable having them around. Their price was real reasonable. I called some other roofers; they were actually pretty reasonable and they also had reasonable rates to do the whole roof, but I didn’t have the mind to do it right then. The quality was real good; I don’t see any defects or problems with what they did.

Stacey came out to the house and did a survey of the work that I wanted done August 6th. He followed up the following day with a written proposal and additional options that he wanted my wife and I to consider. There was no pressure on his part for us to agree to the addition options, after hearing the benefits we readily accepted them.He had also included in the packet copies of the company's license and insurance policies. Stacey was also up front with us that due to the heavy rains from Hurricane Isaac and Tropical Storm Debby that his crews were behind schedule and that would be September before they could start work on our home. There were additional delays due to rains and other emergencies, but Stacey continually kept me informed of what was going on and when their start date would be. On Monday, September 22, Davy and his crew arrived at the house and began work. The work crew was very enthusiastic upon arrival and immediately started work. It was evident that Ricardo, Jose and the others knew exactly what they were doing. The project only took two and a half days but at the end of each day, the crew cleaned up all the debris each day and used a metalic roller to pick any loose nails from the areas where they had worked on each day. After completion of the job, Davy accompanied me on an inspection and asked if I had any concerns or questions. I had only one question and he answered that to my safisfaction. Later in the day, Stacey came out for a final inspection and explained that I would be getting the final guananties within a week. 
I was very impressed with the professionalism that was displayed by everyone I came into contact with from Tallahassee Roofing. After my wife and I agreed to the project price, Stacey shook our hands and said "we have a contract". There was no discussion of reducing the agreement to writing and I find that uniquely refreshing in today's world.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience.  Mr. Taylor helped with the selection of the appropriate color and style, even going so far as to look at roofs in other neighborhoods that we liked.  It was most patience and helpful during this process.The work itself went smoothly: the roofers were efficient, professional, and concerned that we were pleased with their work.  They were extraordinary at cleaning up during this re-roofing.  We could not have been more pleased with the work process and the end result!We have even received compliments on our new roof.  Who gets compliments on their roof?  We do now!  Thanks, Tallahassee Roofing!

Showed up right on time the first morning and began work immediately.  Were very efficient even with it raining three days in a row.  My husband was very impressed with Tracy and his crew.   Extremely clean-  after they left we only found one roofing nail anywhere.  Very good experience.

Tallahassee roofing replaced our roof and did a very professional job.  Gene and Tracy were great to work with and answered all of our questions.  Their employees were very pleasant and hard working.  Each day they did an excellent job of leaving our yard cleaned up and free from roofing tacks and debris.  The employees were very punctual.  Gene checked on the job everyday and kept us informed of the progress.  We would highly recommend Tallahassee Roofing to everyone.

Their estimate, which included architectural shingles, came in about $400 lower than a competitor's plain shingle estimate. They completed the job in 2 days, fixed a bunch of wood rot, and cleaned up after themselves. Can't ask for more than that. I would use them again.

I called them to make an appointment. I have sent several emails to them, and I have not heard from them.

We were pleased with everything that they did. We would us them again in the future if needed.

I got a 130 wind rating for 15 years and 110 thereafter. I have a warranty in hand for that. They responded unlike many other companies. I contacted 11 companies and only got 4 bids, one of which was after the work was done. Tallassee Roofing was kind enough to show me their warehouse and their materials and supplies. Other people recommended them. They did a fast job for the amount of work they had to do. I provided them a written specification on what I wanted with Florida code and licenses. They pretty much had the best price but it was hard to compare apples to apples. They came when they said they would be there. I would use them again.

Workers arrived on time each day, worked the full day and cleaned the area each day before leaving.  If they have to move plants they will return them and they covered areas to protect shrubs and neighbors' property.  I never thought they would be finished in the time promised due to the steepness of my roof, but they finished exactly when they said they would. 

They provided me with all necessary paper work stating building inspections had been approved and warranties for the product installed on the roof.  A supervisor was on site during the job and both Gene and Tracey made a trip everyday to inspect the progress of the job and to enquire as to my satisfaction.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work as well as the look of the new roof.

 I stayed out of their way.  They arrived by 0900, worked diligently, steadily, broke for lunch and returned in an hour, and knocked off by 6:00 or 6:30. It took slightly more than two work days plus a few hours on a 2100 sqft house and two work days for an 1850 sqft house. They cleaned up, hauled every smidget of debris away, and departed. Perhaps best of all, dealing with the sales rep was reassuring, straightforward, and honest. They did what he said they would, in the time he estimated, cleaned up as he promised, and did a terrific job.

The entire experience was first class. The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous. The new roof looks great. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.

Overall, everything went extremely well and the roof was done in 4 days - it was quite a large roof. The roof looks amazing and I have already recommended them to friends and would definitely use them again.

My experience with them was good. They did what they represented they were going to do and did it when they said they were going to do it. They did a good job, and I would use them again in the future if necessary.

As soon as I contacted Tallahassee Roofing, Tracy went to the house for the measurements and I did not have to be home. The next day, Tracy brought me three written quotes: good, better,and best materials and services/warranty. Tracy provided me an extensive quote package full of information and brochures, along with insurance info, bonding info, and much more. TLH Roofing was the last of four firms contacted. Once I hired TLH Roofing my house was scheduled for re-roofing for following next week. The workers (5) worked 2.5 days; 11 hours the first 2 days. They wasted no time - they went to work immediately. The new roof is fantastic - beautiful. Professionally done. They cleaned up after the work was finished.  However, so far I've found a couple of nails (I suppose no roofer can find them all).  Overall, I am very happy with everything.

Actually, it's hard to give many details because it happened so fast. I went to work one morning, and when i came back the old roof was gone and the roof was covered with that water barrier tar paper stuff (don't know what it's called). ALL debris was gone, landscaping was still intact. The next day I left and when I came back I had a new roof. I've not had any problems, and have yet to find a roofing nail in my yard - or in my shoe. Honest people - would highly recommend.

Gene and his guys did an excellent job in making needed repairs and installing a roof we are truly proud of. Would definately contact them if I were to ever need a roofing company again..
