Nancy is the BEST! She's very experienced in all aspects of home buying: knowing the town, the quality of the home, the loan and banking matters, every step.  She's very attentive - always kept me up to date, called back immediately.  She's very professional and fun to work with.  The whole experience and relationship was wonderful.  I wouldn't want to buy a house without her.

We met Nancy when we bought our first house in Tallahassee in 2000. She was the realtor for the seller of the house we bought. We were so much more impressed by Nancy than with our own realtor, that we contacted her when we were ready to sell that first house and purchase a larger one in 2004. She found the perfect house for my family, including a mother-in-law. The house had beautiful woodwork and a fantastic piece of property on a lake in North East Tallahassee. It was finally time to see that house last summer. Nancy came by and walked through the house with us, advising us on what steps to take to prepare the house for sale. When we finally listed the property, we had a buyer in about two weeks. I would highly recommend Nancy Stedman to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
