Foundation Repair
HIs was by far the best of five proposals -- two of whom didn't actually figure out what the problems were. We agreed to pay for the labor $3400 and set up an account at a local lumber/hardware store to pay directly for needed lumber, concrete blocks, paint, etc. He bought what was needed and we checked the invoices and paid $900 (a bit less than he estimated). The work was done to our complete satistaction in less than 5 days, almost exactly as initially estimated. He was very careful in all aspects including painting and clearing up. He came well recommended by a nearby neighbor who noticed that we were having people in to diagnose our problem, very useful as he doesn't have a web presence.I would recommend him highly for this or similar work.
