"We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction with the service provided. Please contact us back so we can work out an appropriate resolution. Call or email please. [Hyperlink Removed] is where you can find any contact information. Thanks"
He and his team were meticulous. The attention to detail was incredible. Although we thought we knew what we wanted, there were parts of the project (like how to design the stairs that exited the deck so that they wouldn't be too steep or too wide) that we couldn't figure out. Luckily, Anthony's expertise helped him create a solution we never could've dreamed up and it was still EXACTLY what we wanted. It was deck art.
"Ms [Member name removed] I apologize if you feel unsatisfied with our service. In our defense I had met you at your home and spent over an hour with you and the other landscaper you were going to have to do work for you . Your other landscaper had contacted me multiple times by email and phone for prices with her on several occasions . You were informed for the next meeting at your home it would be a consultation of fee of $65 . All the best Marc"
They actually wanted an additional $250.00 for the extra expense on the front facia of patio but after their last visit on gluing pavers I have not heard from them. Very unprofessional company and we had talked about doing a backyard remodel and putting in an irrigation system with this company but that will not happen. Buyer Beware..
"We sincerely apologize for the dissatisfaction with the service provided. We hope you'll reconsider and give us another chance."
Anthony was very pleasant on the phone and kept his appointment to meet me at my home. His appearance was very professional but his follow-up has led me to look for another bid.
On his site visit Antony asked me to email pictures of what I envisioned. I promptly sent 3 pictures and after hearing nothing a week later, emailed another one asking when he would have a proposal. I left 2 voicemails the following week called again last week finally getting him instead of voicemail.
He said he had been busy but promised he would have something for me yesterday. I am writing this because today is Sunday and I will not wait any longer.
It's his loss because I would have used him if the price had been anywhere near by budget. Perhaps he is too busy but that should have been communicated. I have now wasted an entire month and have to go through the process of hiring someone else.
BEWARE of clean-cut guys who don't tend to business!
"Quality is our main goal, as all previous reviews attest to. We slowed sales for a minute to focus on our in-progress projects and to protect quality. We apologize for not being able to work within the clients timeframe, and any inconveniences that has caused. We look forward to being of service on the future."
In addition to great worth ethic, Anthony and his crew proved to be very creative in the creation of the design as well as the execution. The end result is that our eyesore backyard has been transformed into a backyard retreat that we will enjoy year round.
Gutter work and concrete work was well done, and met expectations.
Crew was prompt and polite and pleasant to work with.
I was not satisfied with the contouring of the slope or the creation of a berm. I asked two times during the day to remove more soil and create a better pathway for the water. When they finally laid the sod it was not at all like I had expected. They left a portion of a old drain pipe in the ground that I had asked to be removed. I am not confident that the new drainage plan will work in a heavy rain event. Part of the problem appeared to be that they struggled with digging in the clay. It was extremely slow going with the machine they had, probably needed a back hoe or similar excavator to be able to dig effectly in the clay.
Got their name from Angie's List so I feel I owe it to let my experience be known.
Called, arranged appointment for estimate. They came out as agreed. Nice guy, really liked him and his ideas! Took my email and said I would be emailed an estimate.
Gave them about 5 days. I'm pretty patient. Called and left message, no response. The next day I found the guy's work notebook, full of everyone's addresses and info on work needed, in my garage where he put it down. I immediately called to let him know, said I would put it on my front porch so he could pick it up anytime, and again asked about the estimate. Notebook sat there for 4-5 days. Went to the physical location of the business (during work lunch break, or I would have brought the book with me) and relayed this all to owner, who said we would get a call within 24 hours. Never heard anything.
So the reason many of you have never heard back is because he never bothered to come get his book!
We're in Killearn, so it's not like we're way out of the way...
"We apologize for the miscommunication and regret losing a potential customer. We'd love the opportunity of another chance. Hope to hear from you, we can work out something."
the job was done as promised EXACTLY!!
Need I say more. We are very happy and intend on using them again.
"{removed member name} I had called you back after each time you had called me and your phone would not even let me give you a voicemail. I apologize for whatever miscommunication but I also had a office number that you called me in the beginning and never called again. I took the time to drive way out to your home which is 27 miles from my office to meet you in which I did meet with you and tried to get back in touch with you I only had one phone number and no email address . So the 2 1/2 hours out of my day to come meet you was a very unprofitable trip for me. And I would've been very happy to have taken on your project"
"{removed member name}, We did not tear up your lawn . You requested to have more sod installed after the job was already completed. Sometimes it's possible to go ahead and start on the second project right after we were done but we had other clients in line waiting to get their projects started also. I apologize if the delay was too long for you to wait we are unfortunately very busy because we do quality work we do, you were thoroughly pleased with all the work we had done and you had complemented to me personally what a great job our crew had done. Sometimes you can't always see some of the grass and pieces will get missed once you installing new landscape beds where grass areas used to be it is part of landscaping grass grows . I apologize if we did not get to your second project in a timely fashion I did communicate with you very well and you did say to me and my crew leader what a great job that we had done for you."
