Springs had to be ordered and were delayed.  Kelly gave us a discount due to the delay and assured us he would be here as soon as they came in and HE WAS!  He kept us informed during the delay, contacted us when they came in and then was here to make the repair.  Garage door now works great and quietly due to the new rollers.  I would highly recommend Kelly.

Fantastic. Kelly replaced cables and pulleys but was not satisfied with the function. He removed and rehung brackets for opener that had been placed in wrong place when homeowner installed the door years before. To do this, he had to take out what he had just put in and redo it. He did all of that in short order and only charged $116, including parts. Took him more than 2 hours. Most companies don't like to repair. They just want to replace. Kelly said and quot;maybe this will work another 10 years.. then call me.and quot; I will.

I finally got around to calling about this garage door opener that has been cranky for at least 6 years. I told them I wasn't in any hurry since I had put up with it for so long and that they should schedule at their convenience. In less than an hour the garage door was fixed -- good as new ! Kelly and his assistant (forgot his name) were friendly and very efficient and professional. In the future, I won't wait 6 yrs. I will call Kelly right away. You should too!

Outstanding. Got same day service and did a temporary fix so could use garage door until part came in. A few days later they finished the job and we are very pleased with service and price.

We live next door to my elderly mother-in-law and are responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair to her home. Her garage door opener needed repair and we contacted Kelly's Garage Door Services based on reviews on Angie's List. The company sent out a technician to look at the door and determine what was needed for repair. The door's spring had come out of the track and we could not safely open and close the door. The technician examined the spring and determined that it was damaged and would likely break with continued use. In addition, due to the 20+ year age of the door, he recommended that we also consider replacing the pulleys and extension cables. We agreed and the parts were ordered. The technician returned after the parts were received and quickly had the repair completed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased by both the reasonable cost of the repair and customer service of the company.

I could not have asked for more.
They were punctual and on schedule from when they first came out to look, scheduling the job, and doing job. I got a good education in garage doors. They had a lot of styles to pick from.
There were no surprises, I got exactly the door I ordered and the price did not change from estimate to final job even though they had to deal with some problems created by previous garage door installer and the existing garage door opener. Phone calls were returned quickly.
It passed the city inspection handily.
I thought I had a problem after the job was done and they came out as promised, and it turned out the problem was me. They were very nice about it. Kelly and Orlando were a pleasure to deal with . Now I have a garage door up to code, replacing an old one that would have given way quickly in a high wind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a garage door.

Good job all around. Orlando has a very pleasant demeanor, wastes no time! He's all about doing a quality job (which helped me get to work on time) and he was extremely good with communicating with us.

Found out on Sunday that my garage door spring broke into two pieces. Left a message Sunday evening and received a returned phone call at 7:45am and he said he would be out to do the repair in an hour. The employee arrived on time and was professional. He quickly completed the work and I was able to make an early morning appointment with time to spare. Highly recommend this company!
