Apparently, there is confusion between home advisor and Jerrys company. I was scheduled for an appointment with home advisor for Jerrys but the tech didnt show up. I called to see if they were running behind. They said they didnt have me on the schedule and couldnt make it that day, but gave me a range of time they would be coming the next day. Home advisor rescheduled my appointment with MDT when I use EST time once I notified them that Jerrys company didnt show. I just preferred to talk with Jerrys company instead.

Moreover, he explained what was wrong with my air conditioner, what it would cost to repair and why it had stopped functioning properly. I was completely satisfied with the cost and services rendered.
