Mike promptly answered our email and provided estimates for both jobs. He was punctual and finished the jobs quickly, professionally and in line with the estimates. We will not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him highly.

Mike was on time, very courteous and professional.  He worked steady from the time he arrived around 9AM until he left at 4PM. While repairing the garage ceiling he noticed several cracks arround the attic stairs that he repaired at no additional costs.  The repairs to the storage took longer than originally estimated because the raccoons had caused additional damage that was not discovered until after the removal of the fascia, roofing and drip edge.  This was brought to my attention immediately and we agreed upon the additional costsof material and labor.

Mike has accomplished everything that we have required and more.  He called us quickly and showed up to look at the job when he said he would do so.  He has been honest each step of the way about what he could and could not do and even referred us to a fantastic electrician in the process.  Knowing that we have a limited budget, Mike makes recommendations that are feasible but yet get the job done.  He takes great pride in his workmanship which is a hard quality to find as we have realized with this renovation project.  We are continuing to use him on other odds and ends jobs going forward and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a handyman who is skilled, talented and honest. We are 100% pleased overall with Mike's work.

I called to make an appointment with Mike and was told "I can just give you the quotes over the phone.  I don't want to waste my time going out there."  I explained that I am the property owner and live out of state.  He agreed to meet me in person on the property.  However, he did not show up nor did he call.

Mike was very personable, easy to work with and responsive to any changes that needed to be made and was on time for work every day. His labor estimates were accurate and he stuck to the quoted price.  I would recommend Mike for your next project

Owner was very prompt in returning my call and worked to reschedule me due to my out-of-town emergency. He repaired a leaky faucet and was very professional.  He gave me tips for bundling future work so that I could get the most items accomplished in the least amount of time (he charges by the hour).  He even gave us instructions on how to complete a minor repair on our own, knowing that he could have been paid to make the repair.  He was refreshingly honest and just a genuinely pleasant person. He is on my list as the person to call for my next home repair.

I have had a number of projects over the course of the year that I needed to get done associated with the usual wear and tear and upkeep of a house. I had a number of significant areas with wood rot on window trims, garage trim and column trims. Mike identified wood rot sites that I didn't even initially noticed and then repaired them as requested. My outdoor utility door was rusted through since I had moved into the home several years ago. I ordered a prehung fiberglass door. Mike Bruno arranged to pick it up and install it without incident. My backporch fan/light fixture had rusted through. Mike installed it but when the fan didn't work after several attempts, I had resigned myself that I would have to take it back to the store but he persisted in testing out to determine where the malfunction if any occurred and found the and now it works beautifully. My front porch/portico light was also replaced easily. Mike's got a pretty busy schedule which means that you have to schedule in advance. He will however let you know when he is unavailable due to a big project. He has done good work for my parents, my sibling, and my neighbors. Based on my experience, I trust his work and I trust his diligence. He already had come highly recommended from a friend.
