"D&R is sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome of your project. D&R initially viewed your project in 2021. You indicated that you wanted to wait and not go through with it until later. D&R then received a call in 2022 indicating you wanted to go through with your project and asked if D&R would keep the pricing the same. D&R agreed and proceeded to get your project scheduled. After D&R demoed the area, D&R in fact used fill dirt in addition to concrete to give the area a solid base. Then new concrete was poured and finished. A pool service was sent out by D&R to completely repair the pool skimmer. The repair was completed to your satisfaction. When you indicated the discoloration, D&R contacted the concrete company. After coordinating a date that worked for all parties, yourself, D&R, quality control, and the branch manager of the concrete company, we came out to view the concrete. With your approval, the concrete company performed a core drill test. Quality control, not D&R as you indicated, from the concrete company, indicated that something may have been done to cause the discoloration. It was determined that the batch of concrete was not good. The concrete company replaced the concrete. D&R coordinated a date with you, when you were available, to complete the next pour and finish. D&R understands that due to these issues, conversations may have came across as rude and condescending from all parties. D&R does not take customer service lightly and attempts to give respect as respect is given and even when respect is not given. After the repairs and repour it was indicated, by you, that the work was satisfactory. It is unfortunate that all of this occurred. However, D&R and the concrete company feels that the issues were resolved and handled appropriately. D&R wishes you the best in your future projects."
