Just finished a septic inspection with Tim and Eddie at Brian’s Septic in Tallahassee Florida. They were great. They explained what they were doing throughout the inspection, and what they were looking for, which was very helpful. They made sure to show us how the system was properly functioning, and that there were no issues observed. they also made sure not to drive on the concrete portion of the driveway. That was very respectful. We are very happy with Brian’s Septic service and would highly recommend them to anyone else who needs a septic inspection.

Everything went very well. The company responded the next day after I called and was able to rearrange some scheduling so they could come that day. John and Keith were personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a good job while answering all my questions so I could understand what was going on. - [ ] If ever in need of a septic tank pump out or drainfill installation or repair you can't a more honest or fair person than Brian. Brian's septic service is the company I highly recommend. Brian is very professional , and efficient . After having to have my tank pumped , found out I was having issues with tree roots killing my drainfill line. Brian came out and explained to me in great detail what needed to be done to repair and fix the problem.,and quoted me a extremely fair price on what the job would cost. After agreeing to use their service he scheduled me and even came out days earlier than the scheduled ,which made me a happy camper. Called and set up an appointment, they even took our credit card information over the phone. Appointment was between 8:30 and 9 am. I called them again at 9:45 and they said they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment. Called another septic company who was there in 2 hours, did an excellent job and charged less than Brian's.

However, these kind of mistakes are few and far between. An apology was emailed to customer on the same day of the incident."

Excellent value for the money. He came out the next day. He was right there on time - he gave us a range and he got there right at that time.
