They do excellent quality work. Would highly recommend. The only negative was that they were very busy and had to postpone installation twice. They build their patios correctly with an experienced crew and quality materials. They will not be the lowest bid, but you do get what you pay for...

The contractor was very professional, patient in his explanations and his team did good work. The matter was enmeshed in an insurance claim process and even when the mortgage holder was significantly delayed in approving the work so the insurance proceeds could be paid to the contractor, he remained patient.

The job went very well.  This company was selected as a low bidder and we initially worried that they would cut cornersas such but we couldn't be more pleased with the final product; finally relief from raccoon "pool parties", floating suicidal squirrel corpses and the usual biting flies.  And it's amazing how clean the pool stays.  Again, great people to work with and the quality of their workmanship is  excellent.  Highly recommended!.

 We found All Custom Aluminum at the Tallahassee home show in February. Of all the providers at the home show, it was Andre Heron and his brother who were the most interested in our project and the most responsive. Even though I had some idea of what we wanted, Andre gave suggestions that turned a simple project into a masterpiece! These guys really know their stuff.
The work consisted of pouring concrete footers first, then putting up the aluminum. The entire project (both rooms) took roughly five days. During that time, Andre continually checked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we had hoped for. When the job foreman had questions, he got Andre on the phone and the best decisions were made in consultation with us. My main objective was to maintain the architectural integrity of this 100 year old house and All Custom Aluminum did exactly that. They customized the job to highlight the home, not the other way around. The finished product is spectacular.
In addition to the screening, some existing guttering was changed to make the project more functional. Andre went above and beyond his original plan whenever he saw that it could be better and yet he did not charge me for the extras. I did change my mind on one aspect of the job - the kickplate - and he, without complaint, made the change and charged for the materials only. He has since called and visited to make sure we were happy with everything.
The quality of the workmanship, the professionalism of the owners and workers, and the design assistance have been outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

.I have given this company every opportunity in the world to finish the work they started and finally I called and told them that Angie's List was asking for a review.  I told them three times.  I told them finally that I was preparing to finish the review and it wasn't going to be pretty if they did not finish the job. They asked if I would please give them one more chance to finish their job.  I said, well, OK - after he yelled at me and told me he had some big jobs to finish.  He made an appointment to come finish the dog door install so I didn't have a big heaping hole in my screen and to seal a gutter up on top that was leaking.  He told me to leave the check on the porch and the dog door by the hole in the screen.  I did.  He did not show and he did not call to reschedule and it has now been a week more and nothing.  I had to be out of town when he made the appointment, so, of course, now the dog door box got soaking wet and I cannot return it and I still - two months later people - have a gaping hole in my screen.  I am now getting snakes and birds and all sorts of mosquitoes in my pool screened area.  I was patient as long as I could stand it because the work at first was really good, albeit too expensive. And they kept finding more and more to fix while they were doing it instead of looking good and giving me a true estimate. Shame on them.  They could have gotten a great review from me because they worked hard and I would have had them out again in a year or two to replace the screen when it was time.  
Decide for yourself if you would like to use these people that go for the next big check instead of finishing the work they started. Oh yeah, and by the way - I still have the big heaping hole in my screen.  My next door neighbors and my husband are witness to this.

Today, March 22, I received a call from this company that they were ready to come out and repair this screen and install the dog door.  I had to be honest with them and tell Andray that I had entered this review.  He started yelling at me and I finally had to interrupt him and tell him I was willing to go online and state that the matter was resolved, if he did go ahead and come out and do this small job.  I was willing to shake hands and let this go.  However, he continued to yell at me - my husband stood there and listened - and scared me and called me "crazy lady" and "insane" and that my complaint was "frivolous."  I did not yell and asked him repeatedly to stop yelling at me.  Now both brothers have yelled at me over this entry and still - this small job that they told me in January they would complete that week, and made multiple appointments with me to complete - is left undone.  So, even though this company can do excellent work, their customer rapport and respect is non-existing if you have a complaint.  The volatility of the individuals is a problem for any customer unsatisfied.  I am telling only the truth, although I was accused of lying.

We couldn't be happier with the experience!  To a man, everyone we met was friendly and helpful.  Our main contact was extremely patience with us and went through everything again and again until we felt comfortable.  Also, after the work was done we had a finally walk through and noticed a few small issues.  After discussing them, they had a workman over to our house within 30 minutes fixing the issues.  I couldn't possibly recommend these guys any higher!!

Everything is going very well.  They came and gave an estimate.  They have been working with us very well to make it suit our needs and design it so that we are very happy with it.  We are just waiting on the last final parts of the windows.  I thought that their price was excellent.  They are very responsive.  They came when they said they would.  They have been in contact when they are running late and stuff like that.

Chris Herron and his brother Andre were great to work with and we are very happy with our project.  We had another estimate and contact with a different company and were not satisfied at all.  Chris came out promptly, talked to us in detail about what we wanted and offered some suggestions.  It was clear he knew what needed to be done and how we could accomplish our objectives.  He was very friendly and professional.  Chris wrote a detailed estimate which we accepted on the spot.   He worked with the tile people and electricians without me having to get involved too much.  He called me to give me a status update several times and answered any questions that I had.  The cost was very reasonable considering the other estimate was outrageous.  His crew pulled down our existing screened area and cleaned up so good you could not even tell they were here.  The same crew then installed the framing.  Chris and his brother installed the actual windows and likewise left no debris behind.  We are so happy with their work that we decided to cover the deck with their Elitewood product which is out next project.  These guys are wonderful and have great products and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great. They showed up on time, two crews. One bunch made up the gutters on the spot, based on sketches made by the installation team. This went quickly, only took about an hour or so. The two man installation team got busy hanging the gutters and downspouts, and finished up about 3 PM. Good job of clean-up ... I think I found one piece of aluminum scrap behind a shrub. Speaking of shrubs, none were damaged. Overall, the install looks really good, guys were careful to make the gutters as unobtrusive as possible. This is the 2nd job we have done with All Custom recently .... I highly recommend them.  Mike G. Thomasville GA

Chris Herron came out promptly after I called him, based on the Angie's List recommendation. He measured up the job, gave us some good advice, and recommended a carpenter to do some necessary repairs. After that was completed, the actual enclosing and screening was done in one day ... and done well. Cleanup after the job was excellent, we didn't need to pick up a thing. Chris came back and took care of a couple of small issues to our complete satisfaction. A very good job overall, I'd use these guys again, no question.

Andray did a good job in explaining what he could do with a very tricky design. No one else came up with the creative approach and it worked great. He gave me the choice on many items such as the type of screens, fan locations, size of openings, colors etc. They got all permits required and once started stayed with the job until completed. (They didn't start, then go to another job), the workers Rick and Dave were very courteous and explained what they were doing and answered any dumb question I had. They also cleaned up and followed up. I was very happy with their work.

The work completed was excellent. The workmen were great, professional, hard-working and appeared to know what they were doing. Management was not always timely in their responses to my inquiries. I'm very happy with the finished product.

They set up an appointment in a timely matter. They gave us a good/comparable price to everyone else. In addition, they seemed very knowledgeable about the entire project. When we asked for references, they immediately complied. Every reference was extremely positive. They schedule the job in a timely matter and completed it in the time they alotted. They even looked out for our landscaping. The job site was kept reasonably clean. When they finished, it was like they had never even been here, except for the enclosure. Everyone who has seen wants to know who did it. I am very, very happy.
