We hired Rose Construction to do some drywall and painting repairs. His subs showed up and finished the job in 3 days. He was not the cheapest quote but was the most responsive and finished on time without any hiccups.

Timely and professional. Finished earlier than expected!

When the 2 bathroom projects started it was completed within 3 days. Showed up when they said and on time. Took care of covering our carpets. Did a nice job of removing items and cleaning up. Will use them again for our kitchen remodeling.

Rose Remodeling is great. All of the workers are very helpful and great at the work they do. Any questions I had or concerns were immediately met and Jeff and his workers are all very professional. I appreciated the work they did and how quickly and efficiently they got everything done. I had a huge remodel including kitchen, all 3 bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, floors, house exterior, driveway and backyard. They had great ideas for what they wanted to accomplish with my remodel as my house was much older and I was concerned about the restrictions I would have. They assured me they could add more storage, more square footage, and gave me a completely updated house. I would recommend them to any friends or family especially because of the money he saved me. I met with a few general contractors that might as well have asked me for an arm and a leg as payment. I appreciated their availability more than anything. Jeff the owner was always available to talk and came to the property every day, if not to be involved in the work he was there to check on progress constantly. He kept a very close eye on the project before, during, and after completion. Very fast and affordable. Again, I would recommend to any friends or family.

Couldn't ask for a more responsive contractor. Owner was there daily checking on work, changes were considered (some without additional cost), foreman was pleasant and experienced, and ideas were discussed. If you are very fussy however, I suggest you be there, since contractors tend to put things where they are used to (e.g., height of GFI outlets, location of high hats). Once discussed however, they were responsive and eager to please.
