For small projects, simply send me your to-do list—whether it’s drywall repair (including mold remediation), interior doors and trim, shelving, light fixtures, furniture assembly, or fixing anything that’s broken. Get up to 4 hours of professional handyman service for just $350! If you’ve got a longer list or a larger project, no problem! I’m happy to provide a custom quote. Broward Property Maintenance is here to enhance or maintain your home with a wide range of services. We specialize in painting, drywall repair, bathroom and kitchen remodels, interior remodeling, and molding (crown, trim, and baseboard). We also handle ceiling fan installations (basic electrical work such as changing outlets and cover plates), shelving, closet systems, and furniture assembly. Essentially, if something needs to be repaired, we can assist. Owned and operated by a professional finished carpenter, we ensure quality craftsmanship in every project.

We do not offer any extensive Electrical work, air conditioning, plumbing or roofing.

This entire project from beginning to end was exceptional. Angelo and his helper showed up early everyday and worked through the entire day. They were extremely professional and the place is even cleaner than before he began the work. The bathroom looks amazing! This is definitely the best tile guy I've ever used. Perfection has been achieved for sure.

I was very impressed with the whole experience. I was contacted very quickly and made an appointment for the following week. He called me the day before to confirm our appointment. All the work was completed well and quickly. He brought all the tools needed and cleaned up each project when it was completed. I am already planning the things I want done in the next few weeks. Really well. Angelo is the best. He is very prompt and also very attentive to his customers. He put in the vanity and toilet then we realized there was mold behind the vanity so he cut out and replaced the drywall. I then asked him to replace the floor tiles and he came back and did that, installing new baseboards and painting them and the baseboards in the kitchen. I am very happy with the work and to top it off on the last day he tidied up a pile of foam bits in my garage when he didn’t have to.

They were not really equipped to do the job, but they patched the area temporarily until I could get it done properly by roofers. Their work was adequate under the circumstances.

OUTSTANDING !!!! These guys came early and were prepared to work. They were very professional. These guys fixed the damage that another handyman did. The handyman that did the damage was not from Angie's List. These guys did the job quick and left the work area clean and spotless. These guys know what they are doing. If you need some work done, these are the guys to call. They worked non-stop without a break. Unbelievable. I am very happy with there work and I will sure call them again.

THIS IS A REVISED REVIEW. A couple days after the work was performed I ran my dishwasher for the first time. The water would not drain, so I text Angelo and he called me almost immediately. He said it must be a coincidence and nothing he did would affect my dishwasher. That turned out not to be true. Angelo neglected to remove a plug from the garbage disposal where the dishwasher hose connects to the disposal. Apparently that is a rookie mistake and there was even a label on the hose reminding you to remove the plug. I text him regarding this and instead of apologizing for his mistake, he chose to ignore me. I also had scheduled Angelo to change a ballast on one of my lights. He advised me the ballast was fine and said the bulb was loose and all was good. Later that day I tried to turn on the light and nothing. I'm holding my breath and hoping nothing else goes wrong. Had he contact me in a timely manner and apologized for his mistakes, I probably wouldn't have revised my review. I will not hire him again.

"Mistakes are sometimes made. When she called me with the problem I was out of town. For the record. I did the drywall work and my helper did the garbage disposal. I will not let my helper do to anything other than help me from now on. Apologies if for not being able to adequately fix your problem. This is the first time I've left the state in the last 10 years. I did not ignore you, where I was the reception was terrible. Did not get back until the 28th. Regarding the ballasts, we told her that it was the bulbs to save her money because the bulbs continue to work. We would come back and change the ballast if anything went bad. She agreed. Angelo and his assistant Jeff were very professional and friendly. Both men made every attempt to keep the work spaces clean and cleaned up any mess they made. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and am already working on a list of other projects for them to do. Angelo was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.

Angelo and his trusty sidekick Jeff showed up on time. They are great guys -- very hardworking and reliable. I would hire these guys again in a minute. The painting and drywall repair work was extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess.

Angelo and his colleague, Jeff, arrived on time at 9 a.m. I gave them my priorities, and they got to work right away. Jeff started the first coat on the door so it would have time to dry before a second coat and then the front door lockset was installed. Angelo hung the blinds and curtain rods. I had plenty of items on my to-do list prepared ahead of time for them, and had pre-purchased all the supplies they would need. Angelo suggested a better way to anchor the bookcases than the webbing straps that I had bought at Home Depot, so I ran to Lowes to get the supplies needed, and they kept busy in the meantime. Angelo and Jeff were here from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - that's eight man-hours of work at a reasonable price. I feel great about how much was accomplished today. It would have taken me several Saturdays and probably lots of frustration to do myself. Well worth every penny. I would definitely hire Broward Property Maintenance again.

Angelo of Broward Property Maintenance was wonderful. I had to cancel my first appointment and he was very cooperative in setting up a new one which fit both our schedules. He called the night before and the morning of to reconfirm his arrival time. He arrived early which it really out of the ordinary in South Florida. He did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again and have already e-mailed his information to my friends for future reference.

Okay they sent out, they had two people come out and they hung something out back for me and they did a good job at that they were not the people that did anything extra I wanted done replace a stopper in my tub and they said they couldn't do it, there were some couple little things that I just wanted to get everything done in one day, what they did do they did right but they were like okay this was the big job we are going to get it done and then basically we are out of here so they were nice but they were not thorough if you are looking for an handyman, I wouldn't say they are handyman I would say they are good at if you want to hire somebody to done thing and make sure done right they did it and it took two of them.
