Perfect! They were great. I called at 9 am and they were here at 12:30. The gal that answered the phone was very, very pleasant.

Rodolfo was wonderful, and he explained in detail what he was doing. He left my utility room spotless. I felt very comfortable with him and his work.

I will recommend this company to everyone I know!

They provided same day service and did an excellent job overall. I've never cleaned that vent since I moved in. The guys were helpful and even made some adjustments to the dryer. I will be using me again.

Wow what service.  Called at 10 AM and they were here to clean the vent at 11:30 AM.  Very polite and professional.  Very neat.  One guy worked from the roof and another worked inside at the dryer.  Didn't take long to complete.  Highly recommend them.

Wonderful company. I had been using another company for years and my dryer was always clogged. Now I know why. This company resolved the problem within 45 minutes. I will only use them from now on my dryer has never worked as well as it does now

FANTASTIC company! I called them and they showed up SAME day, 3 men arrived even before the time they said they would be here and they jumped in to action. I watched them and they were professional and knew what they were doing. My dryer vent was badly clogged and they removed a LOT of lint and then sent their brush through to clean it thoroughly. I would use them again without hesitation, everyone should!

They were wonderful. They came on time, and were very friendly, but professional. The man that was cleaning the vent from the roof, made sure we saw the "snake/brush" at the dryer end of the vent. Everything went well, and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and neighbors about this company. The price quoted was the actual price of the job.  I couldn't ask for more!

Excellent. When the equipment was installed by Lowes & my contractor there were issues that seemed rushed. This service call remedied my concerns in addition to cleaning the vent and stack to the roof.

I don't know about the quality of the job, but the company quoted me one price over the phone and then charged my credit card a much higher price.  I spoke with company and they claimed they had quoted me the lower price and that my card was already charged so they couldn't credit my account.  If you ever decide to use them, make sure you have a quote IN WRITING.  The price I  paid was too high for the service provided.  This is the first negative review I've ever given for a service I found on Angie's List.

"**We appreciate the opportunity to respond. Statements in this review are false. The customer was quoted $89 and was charged $89. We did not claim to have quoted a lower price nor did we state that we could not credit their account because the charge had already been processed. The customer called us the morning after the day of service and requested a copy of their credit card receipt for $81. We asked the customer to confirm their email address and told them they will receive a copy of the receipt and reminded them that the charge was for $89, which is our standard rate. Customer stated they thought that our company charges $81. We explained our price structure and that in their area we charge a flat rate of $89 for any 1-2 story building or $139 for any three story building. We explained that there is actually no service we offer for $81 and we were sorry for any misunderstanding. **Thank you for taking the time to read our response. We take tremendous pride in our company's integrity and reputation and are dedicated to providing our customers with quality service at a fair price. Kind regards, Aaron Dryer Vents"

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We got a next day appointment, were given a 2 hour  window (1-3 pm). Showed up at 1 pm. Our vent duct goes in the wall and up to the attic, where it runs about 20 ft to the outside. He cleaned it with his special equipment, got huge amounts of lint lumps. Now dryer is working like new.  Will definitely call him at least once a year for preventive maintenance. Very fair price in my opinion.

Excellent service. Moved into new house and bought new washer and dryer. Dryer was taking 2-3 hours to complete load. Had Aaron's come out and cleaned the system. Now it's working perfectly. Price was reasonable and they came out same day that we called.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this company. From Carol in the office who set up the appointment for three days after my call to Rudolpho (?) who did the actual cleaning, They both were very professional. Carol called the day before the appointment to remind me and Rudolpho called when he was 30 minutes from my home. Rudolpho asked which entrance he should use to get into the house. That was a first and very appreciated. The work was done as promised and for the amount quoted. I have already referred this company to several friends and neighbors.

My experience overall went well. They were very responsive to my call. Also, they were very friendly and professional. However, I found the pricing to be extremely high. They wanted $500 for a dryer vent. I do not plan on using them in the future.
