Sandra was exceptionally thorough and careful handling the needs of my home. This was the first cleaning since we moved in a few months ago so there was a lot to be done. I am so impressed with Sandra that I will have her back on a bi-weekly basis.

Sandra was very professional. On time. Kept me informed by cell phone as needed. Worked hard. When she was finished my husband and I each walked through the house and both of us felt that the house shined. It was a joy to walk through.

Sandra does a fabulous detailed oriented cleaning, Very professional, Honest, Trustworthy with a Great personality and friendly to our pets.. She also goes that extra mile with personal touches that you just don't get with other cleaning services. For example: Degreasing & cleaning the tracks of the sliding glass doors. I hired Mrs. Cleaning Ocala Services, LLC on a last minute emergency for a moving out cleaning. Sandra arrived the same day. I can't even explain how wonderful of a job she did. Sandra has cleaned my house weekly for over a year. She is thorough, honest, trustworthy and simply a wonderful person. I don't need to ask her to do anything specific. She looks for herself to see what needs to be done, and then just tackles the job. She has power washed the garage, and master bath shower, and steam cleaned carpet and furniture - all with her own equipment. I have employed many housekeepers over the years, and Sandra is by far the best. No one else could even begin to compare.

I want everyone to know that Sandra of Mrs. Cleaning Ocala Services LLC, Ocala, Fl. She does not abide by her word. I paid Sandra $555 cash, to do a thorough cleaning of my house. That does not include washing windows, outside work anything of that kind. Just washing the floors, vacuuming dusting, washing the kitchen cabinets, Cleaning the bathrooms, (that never happened.) GENERAL CLEANING -no difficult or special projects. Sandra spent a total of 10 1/2 hours cleaning my house. When we agreed upon her services she told me she would have two people here working 10 hours per day for two days equaling out to 20 hours service for $555, In actuality, she spends 10 1/2 hours here never completing anything and paid cash for $555. My bed linens would never have been changed if I had not stripped the bed myself and brought out clean sheets. I am over 65 years old and certified 100% percent disabled by my doctor. Otherwise, I would do this myself. So Sandra deems it OK to take money from a person that is disabled, limited income and cannot fend for herself. Do not hire her whatever you do. I am so incensed by the ill-treatment that I received from Sandra that I am seeking legal action. WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT HIRE SANDRA/ MRS. CLEANING !!! YOU WILL BE SORRY AND MUCH POORER WITH AN UNCLEAN HOUSE!!!

Mrs. Cleaning was very thorough and asked questions whenever appropriate. She moved the beds to clean underneath. Although we didn't want the windows done, she offered to do them during her estimate of the cost of the total cleaning. She was careful about what to throw away and what to not thow away. She cleaned the inside of the refrigerator perfectly while other cleaners in the past tried to avoid asking about cleaning it. We highly recommend Sandra.

Sandy was very through and went above what was requested. The house was squeaky clean for its new homeowners. She arrived a little late on both the day we were too meet and the cleaning day, but other than that, she was great.
