I am sorry we did not meet your expectations but I do remember that I went out of my way to schedule a time where you were off work and that "you lived out in the middle of nowhere" and said no other company would come out there. But we still did! Yes it took us an hour longer than expected. We were late but not by three hours. When I called I didn't have an attitude with you but I felt that you were getting upset because we were going to be late! I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. I'm glad we did get your air conditioner running for you and that we charged you less than what we would have charged normally for that job because we were late."
