I called for a maintenance appointment. Was given time, date and I would be notified day before and day of. I received text and phone calls. I like being kept informed.

I have had them come three times, and they are great. First, I had them inspect my A/C recently purchased. The house was built in 1993 in The Villages. The unit was installed in 2018 and was in good working order. They also inspected all of the vents, and they were dirty and moldy. They recommended having the vents professionally cleaned, which I agreed to. This upgrade was one of the best things I have had done to the house. All of the vents had dark spots on the ceilings, which I tried to clean; however, I could not get the dirt off. They brought in a vary powerful machine with a long, large brush that spun around inside the ducts and sucked the dirt and mold into a vacuum. After the cleaning, they caulked all of the vents to keep moisture from going into the ducts. The cleaning was completed about two months ago, and in this time frame, my ceilings are no longer dirty; the dirt that was there has been blown away with the clean air. I highly recommend Florida Cooling Experts!

they came on time, found the reason the a.c. wasn't working quickly, and repaired it within 15 minutes. the tech. knew what he was doing and i am happy with his work.

I highly recommend Florida Cooling Experts for all your HVAC needs.. call George or Victor. they are honest and family owned. Integrity is very important and finding the right company is far and few. My HVAC fan stopped spinning so my wife tried to use a stick to push the fan to spin but it wouldn't. Got Florida Cooling Experts info from Angis. I talked to George to ask him if he can send a tech to do a service call. George said he can send out Victor next day. The next day Victor comes over and replaces a part and my AC fan is spinning and cooling my house. Victor fixed it in less than 25 minutes and saving me $$.

The team was amazing. They were professional, timely, efficient and definitely subject matter experts in their field. I hired them for the annual Maintenance but they found issues. The lead, Tommy did all the communication with me and really explained and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed so I could see for myself. He collaborated with the company and found out my unit was still under warranty, ordered the parts and as soon as they came in scheduled to come back out immediately to do the rest of the work. George the owner worked with me to get me scheduled ASAP. I would hire this team any day of the week and you should too, the work was outstanding!!!!!!!

Team was professional, timely, efficient, and thorough. They definitely were subject matter experts in this field and I would highly recommend them to everyone. The collaborated with the warranty company and took care of everything, I didnâ t have to worry about anything. If you want your HVAC maintenance work done right hire this team!!!!

Agreeable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. AC stopped working on Sunday. Called this company and within an hour Tommy showed up. He was incredibly honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Complicated job that he was able to figure out and repair immediately. For a Sunday the price was so reasonable. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. Tommy, thank you so much.

We had an ultraviolet light add on. The technician kept us informed about his arrival time, was very professional and completed the job in less than an hour. The price was very competitive. We would highly recommend this company.

All are easy to work with, but Tommy was particularly conscientious and polite. Nice people, good work, would definitely hire them again.

We called them wanting to replace and older A/C unit from the late 90's. They came to the home and thoroughly looked thru the home making sure what was needed in a new unit. Due to the size limitations of the inside blower housing, they took the time to make sure to get best SEER unit that would fit the in the space. They got back to us with a quote for a new unit quickly and installed it 2 days later. Now the house feels great inside and areas that had very limited airflow before are finally working! I would HIGHLY recommend them for any A/C and DUCT work you need in your home!
