I scheduled the appointment for the next day and received excellent communication via both email and text that a technician would arrive between 2-4pm. I received a call from the technician at 2:15pm and he had already completed the inspection. The price was perfect and I will use Florida Cooling Experts for future work. I highly recommend as they are completely professional. They run their business top notch.

discovered the real problem and fixed it

They came out to fix my A/C that was blowing warm air on a day that was in the upper 90's with a feel like temp over l04 degrees. Called to let me know they were on their way and arrived when they said they would. Found the problem within l0 minutes and fixed it by replacing the part needed and I was back in business of cooling my home again. Very professional. Came back to replace my filters which needed to be ordered. Again, very punctual. Would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to a friend.

5 *s says it all. Highly recommend this company. They actually care. Victor took the time to show me and make sense of the nature of the beast which keeps us all cool.

On finding our a/c was out completely the tech added us to his run for that day. Warned us he would run late. Showed up as promised. Despite the hour he stayed until he had the system running again. Would highly recommend. Great customer service and value.

The rep was very personable. When he entered my home he placed booties over his shoes, which is extremely rare these days. He explained everything and his service was excellent.

Excellent service. I called at 4pm on a Friday and George was here within a half hour. I needed a pretty big job done and they were very efficient. I feel the charge was very fair and I highly recommend them.

A real life saver - Memorial Day our A/C stopped working. We woke up to a burning smell in the house. The blower motor died. Florida Cooling Experts came to our rescue. So Happy with them a wonderful job and real good people!

They did not do the work we agreed upon. The techs. They sent to preform the work was not aware with the job when he arrived on site. Did not completely cleanup before they left.
