Doc's Restorations

Ron from Doc's Restorations was a great example of professionalism and capable.  He certainly always looked to get each part of the job done right as opposed to rushing in to band-aid the problem.  Ron communicated both by phone & email on the quote and different phases of the repair.  Weather played a part in certain delays as Doc's was concerned about moisture getting into the house.  Beyond the weather delays, the job went very smooth.  I was very happy with what Ron installed at each level.  Attention to detail was present.  Once he was done Doc's sent out the Stucco Man to match the finish to the surrounding walls.  Both Ron & the owner came out to survey the end job to ensure I was happy.  I would highly recommend this company and am planning to use them in the future.

Very professional, attention to details.
Workmanship is of high quality: we have high ceilings, rounded corners and a lot of recesses, arches, etc and the crown turned out beautifully. It was properly caulked and painted as agreed and the crew was great to work with: courteous, friendly and on time.
They did not ask for payment until the work was complete (other companies contacted for an estime asked us for up to 60% down ahead of time, a bit un nerving in an economy where companies come and go, don' t return calls and just plain don' t show up).
Great to work with a company who cares, communicates well and provides great work. They have earned a satisfied customer who will hire them again for the second level of our home.

Their labor cost is WAY overboard.  I will never use them again.

Excellent service. I am new to Ocala, purchased a home that just needed to be updated and transformed to my personality. Obtained three estimates before making a decision to use Docs Restoration. They were the middle bidder on total cost but worked with me to reduce interior painting cost. I enjoyed working with Ron. He was the main reason I chose this company and he did not disappoint me. He handled all my requests and many changes with a "will do" additude. Great guy and great company. 

They are excellent people. They do tons and tons of different things. They do small jobs and big jobs including painting. They are marvelous. They did all kinds of stuff for us including building a porch, repainting my house, built custom made cabinets. They sort of did a redecorating thing for us. They get top marks all across the board from me. It's never by the first name, it always by mister and misses. At my age I appreciate that.  I find that much more professional than when they address you by your first name. I plan to use them again in the future. I have a few other jobs for them to do.

I have used them before. I have asked them to give me an estimate for another job when they came by today for the bill payment.
