Pressure Washing by Michael

Mike stopped to give me a quote on a Saturday and was able to come back on Wednesday to do the work, all the more amazing because this was so close to Christmas and he has tons of work. His polite and  professional crew got the job done quickly and did a very nice job.  They treated my home and property with respect and unlike some other contractors did NO collateral damage!  Michael's price is so low I would give him more than an "A" rating if possible to do so, since I can't do that I will instead have him back more often to keep everything looking good.  Hire with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

It was a great experience, Michael suggested some options in order to give the house a better curb appeal.  He and his crew are great.  Arrived as planned he and his crew are fast and do great work.  This is the 3rd time I have used Michael and his crew and wouldn't trust anyone else.

Everything went very smooth, they arrived as planned and were done in a weekend.  I have more projects and would not think of going to anyone else.

!Michael and his helper arrived as promised and worked for a few hours on the roof. It was getting dirty and definitely needed a good cleaning. I have used Michael before with good results and am very satisfied this time too. If fact it looks better than ever. I plan to continue to use Michael. I received a bid from him to clean and paint the front sidewalk and driveway. It is a fair price and I expect the same outcome as the roof cleaning. If you want quality workmanship at a fair price, give Michael a try!

Used Mike many times for both painting and power washing as usual did a great job for a great price.

Arrived on time.  Moved all the furniture in and back.  Did a good job but I've had other pressure washers who have removed stains that repeat in the same area (rust, etc.) for no extra charge and without my asking so it could have been a bit more thorough.  Very friendly and quick.

I contacted Michael about the work I needed completed and within a few hours he was at my house to give me an estimate. Two days later the work was completed (ahead of schedule). He did an excellent job at a fair price.

Overall, the driveway looks great. My only gripe is that all the dirt collected at the very bottom of the driveway onto the white swale, leaving a dark stripe. I may have to pressure clean this one small area myself.

We have had our house power washed twice a year for the past 25 years. When my husband came home from work he said it looked brand new and was the best job anyone has ever done. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Michael and team

Mike has pressure washed my pool deck 3 times. Each time he has been very thorough, professional and the end result looks great. He takes his time to ensure the pressure washed area looks great. I have used Michael in the past to power wash my whole house and now he has done a fantastic job painting the trim on my house.  The cost included power washing, labor and supplies.  He was very neat, put drop cloths everywhere and didn't leave a drop of paint other than on the trim.  Michael was responsive, efficient and affordable.  I am very happy to have this done before the "H" season starts.  I will recommend Michael to anyone and will surely use him again in the future.   Thank you again Michael.

Mike and his two co-workers arrived on time after they had called to let me know that they would be arriving in 15-mins or so. They promptly got to work moving furniture and gas grill before starting the cleaning. They used a pre-cleaner to treat areas needing additional attention prior to pressure washing the area. They completed the work as described and cleaned and then replaced the furniture and gas grill. I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning. Mike and his crew were very professional, courteous and polite. They do a very nice job. I will definitely call them again for future work, and I will recommend  them to my friends and neighbors.

Michael power washed the Roof, Driveway, and gutters He was on time and very responsive. Even though we had to leave at the end of the day Michael stayed and finished the job. He had two other men besides himself. The job took about 4 hours to do.

Michael did an excellent job.  All patio furniture and grill etc were removed by his company and replaced after the pressure cleaning.
Michael asked if the furniture was replaced where we wanted and we said yes.  The cage looks like it was new. The same can be said for the aforemention areas.  He was professional in every sense of the word.  We have already scheduled cleaning for every six months.
