Description of Work: From start to finish Onshore Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They promptly fixed a bad leak in my roof then came and completed a tile reroof for us. All aspects of the construction were very efficient from the roof to the extensive wood repairs to our home. We hired onshore roofing because a few of our close neighbors highly recommended them to us after using them to complete work on their homes. Thank you Onshore for a job well done. + -1 moreAccording to my contract, they were supposed to fix my flat roof as well. I called them and they said that it was final and they would not come back to fix it. I have not heard back from them. When I sent a check in, I called to see if they received the check. They said that the manage would call me back and she never did. They are not honest at all.

+ -1 moreSigned contract approximately March 22, 2012. Contractor did a great job removing the old roof and cleaning up afterwards. By May 10, 2012, the metal roof was installed; however, the gooseneck vents were not. Many phone calls, e-mails, and a no-show before the job was finished June 11, 2012. Price was good (not great) and workmanship seems OK (I am not a roofer so hard to judge). The reason for the poor review is the month of phone calls and e-mails between having almost finished the job and having finished the job. If you hire this contractor, be prepared to keep reminding them of what needs to be done.
Description of Work: Job: metal roofing of a duplex and detached shed.

+ -1 moreWere extremely friendly and professional, I was very impressed with the young man who came out to take pictures for the estimate, and when calling the office their staff was also very nice, friendly and professional. The crew came out early saturday and was done in a couple hours, no problems at all.
