I called at 5:02, they said they would be here between 6 and 7pm. They arrived at 6:02! Very friendly, fixed "eyes" on floor, said rollers were shot, gave me 10% off because I'm a teacher. A little more than I thought it would be but I believed them because they were cool, and I am not a garage door professional, lol :-)

initially, went very well; timely and everything was in working order. i left for 2 months and upon return, the garage door opener did not work. i called in the morning and the owner and service tech arrived in the afternoon and replaced the circuit board. the owner explained that my garage springs needed adjusting which put too much strain on the opener; she indicated this should have been explained to me initially. they made some adjustments and performed some other needed service work (for a modest fee). overall rating of B is based on the initial work. the second visit was very responsive. the owner and service tech were very professional and knowledgeable. would definitely call them for any garage door related services.

I purchased this package on Sunday and then called them on Monday morning to see if they could come out that day. Tracy was wonderful and it was scheduled for around 2 that afternoon. They actually arrived a bit early and repaired the door in about an hour and a half. They were very professional, did a very thorough job of finding the issues which needed to be repaired and then fixed the door. The new nylon rollers are some much quieter and the door is operating perfectly. I would definitely hire them again.

Extremely quick service. Came next day. There was additional work that needed to be done outside the scope of the Angie's List coupon, but were given a discount for those services as well. Also we got a 5 year warranty on the work. Would definitely hire again.

It was okay. I'm not sure I needed it. I thought it was probably a bit of a come on because they say they will come out for $25 and then for them to touch anything, it's probably $100 so I wouldn't recommend them. Our house was still under warranty and I should have just followed up with the company that did the installation, and they would have probably done that for free, but I went with my emotion so I just continued with it. The technician was a nice guy and knew what he was doing, but it was my fault for not pursuing this with the company that did the installation since we were still under warranty. It was clear that for the basic fee that they charged, they weren't going to do anything. They would have done what he did and then he would probably spend another 15-20 minutes so we can do other things. They were expensive. He fixed all the issues I had. He was very responsive. This guy should have told me upfront. This was my own fault for not pursuing this further. He was a good salesman.
