Job unfinished. Dreamworks repeatedly bills us for work never performed. Quick to send a bill, they are equally unresponsive when problems exist. Serious lack of communication between bosses and workers who often show up unsure what is expected of them to do. Decisions are made two, three, four times as they shuttle different workers onto the site who are unaware of prior decisions. We are on our 4th project manager. Multiple instances of issues caught by us the homeowners before they became bigger problems. Even worse when they know a problem exists and what the proper way to fix it is, Dreamworks will look to the owner and say, "What do you think?" hoping the owner will not want something be fixed properly. Scope of the work consisted of switching a laundry room and bathroom, closing off a doorway, new flooring and a master closet. Our project has gone on for over a year and still no end in site. I would not recommend Dreamworks to my worst enemy. Far from a dream, they are a nightmare.

My biggest concern was they were going against my preferences and what was needed. They brought in a cabinet and counter that were too large for the room and we ordered customized cabinets so these were wrong. They refused to get the correct size for me, as I needed customized ones that would leave enough room for wheel chair access. They shut down both bathrooms in my home for a whole three weeks, after saying they WOULD be able to leave one accessible. Well, they didn't so we were forced to go to their office and use their restroom for 3 weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone or hire them again in the future.

Although the project is about two more weeks until completion, I am comfortable saying I made the best choice in selecting DreamWorks for the job. I am very impressed with the staff and quality of the work. Everyone is professional, prompt and takes pride in the work and attention to detail. The tile work was precise and beautiful. The care in keeping dust to a minimum was appreciated. The crew cleans up each day. I have NO complaints. I highly recommend DreamWorks!!
