Scheduled Chimney inspection and cleaning on newly purchased home.  Dave was amazing!  His honesty is hard to find in business today.  He spent time instructing me about how to care for my fireplace and told me my chimney did NOT need to be cleaned...the top cap just needed to be painted.  He recommended that the fireplace be inspected every two years and he will be the provider I use!!!  THANKS DAVE FOR A GREAT JOB!!!

Very impressed with both of the technicians.  They arrived when they said they would, extremely polite and professional.  They found some problems on the roof with the chimney, took pictures and explained the problems with it.  They will be back to fix that problem. Since this is the first time we have had a fireplace they took the time to explain the proper procedure to use it safely.

I called on Monday, scheduled appt. for Wednesday. They were punctual, even giving a 1/2 hour notice of arrival. Very clean and fast.

Two people came out. It didn't take long at all. Communication was excellent. It turned out perfect, he did a good job.

Recently purchased a home, and we wanted to verify the chimney was clean and in good repair. Dave responded in good time to my initial voicemail.  Appointment was scheduled about a week out.  He and his assistant arrived a bit early for the appointment and even called prior to their arrival to notify me.  Inspection was performed, and Dave gave me good advice for operating and maintaining our fireplace.  I will certainly use this company in the future.

One worker cleaned out buildup from dryer vent behind the dryer in the laundry room while other checked vent on top of roof. Asked guy on the roof to check out my chimney. Was honest and did not recommend a cleaning till next year. Gave me some tips to keep the hatch rust proof and to seal around the top.
Efficient work and was in and out in around 20 minutes.

He could have said I needed one then, but gave me a choice.  He was very patient in explaining on how to use my fireplace as we have never had one before.

We recently bought a home with a fireplace and wanted to have an expert take a look at it before we started using it. The guys that came out from Dave's were great. They efficiently checked out the everything in the fireplace from the roof down to our living room. Our chimney cap needed painted. They could have charged to do it, but instead gave me the instructions so that I could do it myself. They then gave my wife and I a detailed tutorial on how to properly use a fireplace in South Florida. They had a few tips that I would never have thought of. They even told us what to do if the house started to fill up with smoke. 
Dave's Fireplace was extremely professional and easy to work with. Their price was very reasonable. They recommended that the chimney/fireplace be inspected every two year and I will absolutely call them back then.

Dave arrived around the time he said he would. He pulled out the dryer so he could get at the vent in the wall and proceeded to "snake" (don't know the correct term) the vent upward. He then went up on the roof and "snaked"  from the roof vent downward. The entire vent was clogged.
We had just moved into the house the week before and Dave said it looked like the vent had never been  cleaned.
He was very professional and even offered advice about the small space we have between the dryer and the wall vent. He also said we shouldn't need to have the vent cleaned for another 2 years.
When we do I would definitely call him again.

I called Daves Fire Place & Dryer Vent Cleaning and within 20 minutes I received a call back.  I described what I needed done and I could only be there on weekends.  I was amazed that this was not a issue for him, he was very accomodating to my time frames.  He arrived on time, went to work immendiately, cleaned the vents ( which really needed it)
