"As some of this information is true, but not 100% accurate. From the beginning, the customer was being difficult with dates and times for the installation. As a note, the client never told [Member Information Removed] that we would have a problem with the building as far as parking and getting in and out between certain hours. I had called the client a day before his installation date and told him we had an opening and we were going to come early. He agreed to that but again he never told [Member Information Removed] we had to be out of the building at 4pm. My installers called the building because they were in this building before and they were notified that there was no parking and we had to be out by 4 o’clock. So we did call the client and notified him of these rules and regulations and he never answered. The next thing I knew I got a text with threats from him, and I explain to him that we do not work with threats, and I explain to him that we were not going to come because he was threatening [Member Information Removed] all, because of a little mishap he created. If he would have just told [Member Information Removed], it was difficult parking there and we were working on a time schedule with his building we would have accommodated in other ways, but we never had a chance to do that. So this review is an accurate as we have five star ratings with everyone so again because of his mishaps, and not telling [Member Information Removed] how his building works, we were unable to fulfill the installation.. our apologies for not being able to do his installation but, again he did not give [Member Information Removed] all the detailed information that we need it"
