From start to finish, the job went smoothly and completed on time.  They are very professional and courteous. Everyone was pleasant to work with during and after the job was completed.  I have called them since the pool has been finished with more questions and when it was necessary, ithey have come to my house to personally "show" me the answers!  Also, the pavers around the pool are awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering having a new pool installed or just wanting pavers installed.

Giovanni did a great job. He took pride in his work and when he was finished walkway was nice and even. He used a level to ensure all pavers were level. Could not ask for a better job!

Nothing, Angie's List list Apex as working in my area.  Calling them out they say, sorry we don't work in Lake Worth.    I told them that Lake Worth is under 25 miles.  All they could say is Sorry.  People need to learn not to refuse work/money.  I never say no to making more money.

I wanted a 32 inch sidewalk to be replaced by a 48 inch sidewalk , a short curved extension of the new sidewalk, and two mini patios at the two ends of the sidewalk. The short curved extension of the sidewalk would require a retaining wall. Company representative told me I would need a survey and permit. I asked if the company could take care of these, passing the cost through to me, and he said yes.
The written proposal I received a few days later was for ONLY the sidewalk PLUS a long retaining wall. There was no drawing of the work. There was no mention of the width of the new sidewalk - instead the work was stated in terms of square feet. I would have had to go out and measure myself and do a bit of math to find out if I were actually going to get a sidewalk of 48 inch width.   There was no mention of the two mini-patios. No mention of the survey. Proposal also stated that it explicitly excluded the permit for the work. 
 I have three criticisms: (1) the proposal was unresponsive to what I asked for; and (2) the proposal was so vague I could not tell what I was going to get; and (3) the proposal included a long retaining wall I didn't ask for and don't need.

Brian at Apex was great.

He came out and measured the project, compiled our wish list and

gave us the estimate. The materials were ordered and arrived early not late. The workers were prompt, efficient and very skilled. Demo was started on January 5, 2015 and finishing touches were completed on January 21, 2015.

There were NO ISSUES at all. Brian had the job running like a well tuned machine

Apex was quick to provide an estimate and we scheduled the appointment for the sealing.  They arrived promptly and thoroughly clean all area's.  Unfortunately,Mother Nature was not cooperative and the entire job took over a week due to rainy weather.  A lot of companies would have probably sealed them to finish but Apex kept coming back until they were sure the surface area's were dry enough to take the seal.  Every surface looks great and we would highly recommend them for patio work.

They were very professional. Men moved all the furniture out of the way and replaced it after laying bricks and then again after sealing. I would definitely use them again

Nick applied a special, safe chemical that removed all the stains and then he power washed all the pavers. Nick was very cooperative, professional and did the job as promised. This is the second time I used Apex and highly recommend them. The office staff is great especially Doreen who helped me tremendously. Could not ask for a better company than Apex.

The estimate was accepatable and they offered an Angie's List discount. The work was satisfactory.

I do not think they cleaned the pavers proper to start. I have had pavers done many times in the past with other companies but this was the worse. I have other operators look at it and they said is was verry poor. I paid the most that I have ever and got the worse job.
