Dock Building and Repair
took 2 payment ( first at signing contract), then the when the barge came to remove old dock. he did not return again, has been 8 months since signing contact. We did report this company to Licensing board in Tallahasse, Pinellas and suing him as well. It's the scam - do not go for it.

6 months and very little work done left job with electric dangling Unresposive to return money will need to sue,no lifts,no renovation of dock Also no knowledge of permits needed

We provided a 50% deposit on June 13th for work to commence in 3-4 weeks. Contractor was non-responsive and did not know how to properly apply for the permits. 4 months later, we found a competent service provider that was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. Deposit was never refunded and we are left with no choice but to file suit.
