"We attempted to locate the address given by this member but were unable to find it. In an attempt to correct the problem we suggested that she may have given an incorrect address or that google maps may have misplaced it's marker for her property. Apparently instead of trying to correct her mistake she blamed us and left this review. Searching her name through property records revealed that she had mixed up the order of the house numbers that she provided to us. Obviously we initially need our clients to provide us with their correct name and address, the rest will be our responsibility."
I can not say enough in praise of Matt Raiszadeh, the architect and president of RCI, his son Chris (the job foreman) and the rest of the crew. From my first phone contact with Matt I had confidence in what he told me would be required; how just the process of getting the permit for this type of deconstruction/ reconstruction would be a large chunk of change and time. Knowing this ahead of time really helped in keeping patient, especially since hurricane season had started. Matt explains EVERYTHING that is going to happen and why. He was always available by phone, and frequently called me first with updates, even if there was only a minor alteration to the plan.
In summary, I am thrilled with my new garage. Matt takes great pride in doing only the highest quality work with attention to detail. This alone is great, but he and Chris are also two of the nicest people you would ever want to know. I did have to pay about 25% more than I was hoping to, but I feel that the end result and the steps required to reach the goal (and the complete confidence I had in Matt's plan and leadership) help justify the cost.
