Thought I needed a new unit and was being quoted around $4,700. Technician found the problem to be in the thermostat, he reprogrammed it and saved me $4,700. Two other companies gave me estimates for new units and never even looked at the thermostat.

The owner gives you a price and that is it. He said he would be here Tuesday he was here Tuesday. They sell Trane products just what I wanted. At a fair price. Thanks to Mitch and the boys. I highly recommend.

I liked that he came to do the estimate himself, he gave good advice and his experience provided the education I needed to make a decision. The written estimate was professional, covered all the details and was competitive on price/quality combination. Installation was scheduled fast and went swimmingly. Mitch and his son even came back to teach me how to use the new thermostat. I could not be happier.

The owner, Mitch, was very responsive to our call for service and because their pricing was so good, we contracted to have them replace our AC unit. He and his son came out right away to determine the AC problem (our unit had frozen up) and in a couple of days, we had a new unit installed. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and their excellent service. I highly recommend them.

The owner, Mitch, did a very good job in explaining the pros and cons of different unit manufacturers and equipment that he recommended. Once we selected his quote, he was very flexible on installation date and was here to personally lead the installation with two other employees. They were very professional, courteous and most important to my wife, very neat and clean while working and after install was finished.
