Much of the work was done by their workman Sam Rivera. He did the demo portion of the work himself. He had cloths laid through the house to prevent tracking anything in or out. He did even the tear out of the old cast iron tub quietly and efficiently. He cleaned up the job thoroughly at the end of the day and was personable and a pleasure to have in the house. For the installation of the new shower the following day, Sam was there initially with two other workmen. Sam left for another job after much of the installation was completed, leaving the two other to finish the job. Toward the end of the day, the two told us there were two minor items for which they did not have the correct parts. We made arrangements for a return visit several days later to finish off those items. When Sam returned to finish the job, he discovered that the two items mentioned by the other workers were not accurate but that a fair amount of work remained to complete the job. Once again, he set about the work with care and ended up staying past 7:00 PM to complete everything. Sam's commitment to assuring that the job was completed properly reflects very favorably, both on him and on the company. Our high ratings for the company are in substantial part a reflection of his effort and his commitment to the job. We could Nott be more appreciative of the job that Sam Rivera did for us.

I put half the money down 2 months ago, and I am still waiting for my bathroom.

Made promises that they didn?t keep. Told me I could get products that I didn?t get. Manager is rude. Was told would be completed within 4 weeks, took 3 months. Very unprofessional, would not recommend!

Hired these people two months ago. Paid them for half of the job.....$4,000 something and haven't heard from them since. Put a call toAlec last Monday, left a message and have not heard a word back. Have I been lied to of about 5 thaousand dollars?

I he ad them install tyvarian shower conversion. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result it's beautiful. The guys, ty ok er and Dawson cleaned everything up all we had to do was enjoy our new master bath.

Such an easy process to get my bathroom completely renovated. Fantastic job!!!

Fantastic installation from beginning until the end. Clean up was impeccable. The mew shower really updated my outdated bathroom.
