This was a big deal purchase. I would never use them again. I paid them hundreds of dollars extra to cut down some trees. The price was really good, but in the end it was not worth it. They were supposed to haul everything away and they didn't. They left stuff and I had to call them. They came back and picked up some more stuff. They left stuff in the backyard and I found old tree trunks in the middle of my circular driveway. I had to have somebody else come out and take it away. They never came back and got the stuff. I had trouble with the garbage men taking the big tree trunks away. It wound up being a big problem. My interactions with them were fine. I did not know what they were doing or if they were coming back to finish the rest of the tree trunks that they cut down. They came out a couple of weeks after I bought the deal. Their price was good.
If you need exceptional reliable fairly priced tree service this is your guy. Licensed, insured and up for any challenge. The other larger highly advertised operations with a string of middleman taking a cut along the way jack up prices every step of the way. With this service you get the owner and the crew that rely on word of mouth and when I'm happy with service...I have a very big mouth.
As I've indicated above, job went very well especially considering the technical issues involved with the overhanging branches.
I didn't mind paying more than the target price of $249. since I had already paid $150. to have one large limb removed
from this tree which was lower and not hanging over the roof. This job was accomplished without a hydraulic bucket truck
so if people have work that needs to be done in tight quarters these guys are your answer. I'd hire them again.
