The work was excellent, the painter Enrico Croce, whenever i called for inquiries, he was prompt in answering the call, and he will be here in my home promptly, always on time, great customer service, and he make sure that he gets his work done and neatly done, for other contractor to do their work as well. For me, he was one of the best contractor I have worked with. Does not expect money until the work is done as stated on the contract. And I would use him in the future, and highly recommend to anybody, works very professionally and always on time. He deserves a good rating, I want others to get a positive experience that I had with Enrico.

it went perfect! Very professional and talented painters...they listened to what I was looking for in color,finishes and the look I wanted to achieve and they did that and more, a fantastic job! There on time,organized,take charge and take pride in there work.... I’ve done ALOT of painting I’m my 60 years! After having used the guys at Custom Painting, I’ll never have to do any of my painting projects myself! If your in need of professional painting for “quality and experienced” Call them....

Enrico and his son Paul did a fabulous job. Both are highly professional, listened to my needs, and took care of everything. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. We cannot say enough how impressed we were with them.

Everything went better than perfect.My place had a huge flood in January, so it has taken a long time to get things moving forward . Enrico, did a Amazing job.. Honestly , I can't remember walking in my place and putting a huge smile on my face......I would definitely use him again

Enrico did an excellent job! He arrived when he said he would and diligently worked until the job was completed. He used quality paint and he cleaned the house well before painting. He cleaned up well after the job. I would use him again.

The job went very well. Good paint was used and it covered everything. I was also impressed with the preparations.

Enrico, Paul and Sergio were the best! They got the vision of what I was trying to accomplish and brought it to life. They collaborated with me on the aesthetics of the colors and placement on my almost 70 year old bungalow. They are so much more than just house painters - they are true professionals. They are meticulous and take their time to be sure everything is right. My neighbors love the job they did, too! They were on time, worked steadily through the day, and cleaned up each day before leaving. They went above and beyond to deliver an accomplished result. They were not the least expensive, but they were more than reasonable for the work they did. I would highly recommend them, especially for restoration work. They are currently working up an estimate for me for the interior work.

Enrico and his crew did a fantastic job painting the inside of my home. They were thorough, punctual, worked within my budget and cleaned up everything before they left. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Enrico came out on time and we discussed what I wanted painted. Originally I wasn't going to repaint the dock or decks. He took notes and within a few days provided a quote. His price was very reasonable. Sometimes quotes can be like apples and oranges as one painter will quote primer coat and 2 paint coats or 1 and 1 or 1 coat with primer built into the paint. It can make comparing quotes tricky. I later added the dock and decks and he quickly updated the quote. I was very please with the price and scheduled the painting before christmas. As I do weekly rentals Enrico was very accommodating to work around my rental schedule. I couldn't be there for the painting but Enrico stayed in contact with me and texted progress photos. I wired 50% payment after about halfway and final payment once completed. Once I made it back over to look at the house I was blown away at how good it looked. His team did an awesome job. I've gotten quite a few positive comments from neighbors. I'd definitely hire Custom Painting again.

It started off well. The owner seemed like a wonderful person. He also seemed to be genuinely interested in doing a good job and making us happy. I didn't get the feeling he was trying to push up the price of the work and he made everything seem like it would be very simple. I was so happy with how our first meeting went that I decided to schedule the work without getting other bids. They came highly rated on Angie's List and had all sorts of awards. When the work started, however, things changed. We requested that they use high quality Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints and I asked that they smooth some surfaces and patch some holes where old intercom systems had been. This was all agreed upon in the quote. Unfortunately, while they came every day when they said they would, and seemed to work hard each day, they left with a substandard product on our walls. First of all, areas that they had patched had not been sanded down flush before being sprayed with the coating so they looked like very obvious patch jobs. An area of peeling paint that needed to be sanded on a door was not sanded, just painted over. It started peeling again the day after they finished their work. A wall that they were supposed to have smoothed down had been shoddily done and looked terrible. Also, they put light switch plates back on before the pain dried and did a terrible job taping so there was paint all over everything. When I called the owner and complained he immediately scheduled a day to come back and remedy the situation. They redid the patches and fixed the things I asked them too so I was happy again. Unfortunately, there was still so much wrong that we didn't immediately realize. We were getting our carpet redone so I told them they could paint all the way down to the carpet and they didn't have to worry if they got any paint on the old carpet. When the new carpet was laid down, it became apparent that they hadn't actually painted all the trim and now we have to have another painter come and fix it. Ironically, we had one of the rooms in the same area painted by another painter two months prior and he had managed to complete the trim in that room beautifully. There were no major mistakes in the room he did, and nothing has had to be redone. He isn't even a painter by trade, he is a retired police officer who likes to paint and it shows because his room came out so much better than anything these guys did. Overall I am very disappointed in the work that was done. I would have spared no expense to make our upstairs look absolutely perfect and I thought I was hiring the best when I enlisted the help of this painting service. I was wrong. We paid $8,500 for painters to do 4 rooms and half a bathroom inside our house and now I will be hiring someone else to fix their mistakes and try to make their work look a little more passable for the level of house it is in. If you want someone to just get a painting job done quickly and efficiently, these guys would be acceptable. However, if you really want a flawless, professional finish I would look elsewhere. I get more comments about what is wrong with our new paint job than I do about what is right. Sadly disappointed.

Everything well very well. Enrico gave me a bid that was reasonable. He showed up when he said he would. He was meticulous in his painting and in cleaning up. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I would definitely hire Custom Painting again!
