The tech's were very informative, very focused. 99% of the install was completed and the unit was left working. There were two pieces/parts missing. Those parts were installed within a few days. Will certainly this company for the next HVAC replacement,

I penned this comment because I want to thank Ms. Montague for her professionalism and willingness to make sure I was satisfied with Mr. Duzha service on 917/22. I informed her that Mr. Duzha misled me to believe my AC would be repaired on 9/19/22. However, it was 14 days later and $1,000 charge before he completed the repairs. However, I commend Mr. Aliaj for his attention to detail and determination to make sure his job was correct and complete. The only way I will use ARS again, if Mr. Aliaj is the technician. Or someone that believes in ARS (Rescue Rotor) statement "Making it work, Making it Right!"

End to end great experience. José explained everything and gave me options that fit my needs. I went with the lesser option and there was no pressure. Dominic and Francisco arrived and got right to work . After the job was completed they reviewed the paperwork and inspection process, cleaned up better than when they arrived and asked if it was to my satisfaction. As they pulled out Dominic stood outside the vehicle to confirm nothing rolled under the truck like a screw or debris . They have a great warranty and as long as they stand by it if something happens I will recommend ARS to all of my friends.

We bought a new whole house A/C and heater system from the ARS on July of this year. One of the main reasons we went with them was ARS guaranteed that if it broke, they would fix it within 24 hours and if they do not, they would be provided a comfort guarantee send us $555, and put us in a hotel while it was broken. Our heater broke when the temperature was in the lower 30s in Florida over 2 weeks ago. They came out that day could not fix it said they had to order a part and would be out in 2 days. It has been over 2 weeks and we can not get anyone from the parts department or service manager to call us back with a status of when they will come back out or honor the guarantee. Having a good guarantee does not mean anything if ARS does not honor it.
