Very sloppy work, damaged parts of our new house. Managers not returning phone calls. Each tech tries to pass the work off to the next. Project was supposed to take 3 days and its been over a month. This has been a horrible experience. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!! I recently found that they are installing the wrong parts which is causing more damage which is after me seeing them install the wrong part after being told. PS Ray has been a pleasure to work with through all of this. Thank you Ray

After a brief misunderstanding with the initial Technician who assessed the problem, ARS went above and beyond the "usual and customary" Customer Service. Onsite supervision of the entire project on a weekend by the Manager and an experienced plumber with sophisticated technology, left a secure and reassuring feeling that is indicative of the quality and professionalism that this company demonstrated. They worked well into the evening making sure that they had explored every possibility and ran every diagnostic (often twice). To find that level of commitment to work on a weekend is exemplary and worthy of the highest praise. Thank you Anthony & Mike for being such consummate professionals! I would highly recommend this company's service without hesitation!

They called us with a time to expect them and cleared the problem in a quick and efficient way and they were very resonable! They cleared the problem for $175! Very happy with price and service!
