Luis was ontime and very professional. He gave a free estimate which lead to him replacing the caulking around my windows on both the second and first floor. I had leaking from the top windows to the bottom. He even worked on Labor Day as I had off and he was available bright and early! Took 2 hours to do everything and the job looked completely finished properly. He said if it leaked again he would be right back out to help me again. We doubt it will leak though. Nice to know I have a decent guy out there willing to do a great job. He even fixed my gate. He takes cash or check. Seems comparable with others I interviewed. Highly recommend.

It was awesome. Luis is a very smart & skilled man who installed 6 new doors on the interior of my home, installed a new French door to my back patio and refinished & painted my bathroom. A neighbor of mine came over to meet Luis so he could hire him to do some work for him. Trust me you won't be disappointed. I have other projects for him, just waiting until my new roof is completed.

Project originally included repair and installation of bifold closet doors in addition to repairing tension mechanisms on sliding screen doors. Contractor, cheerfully, accommodated additional projects--complete same-day (inspection and diagnoses of exhaust fan, replacement of Toilet Fill Valve, and installation of door sweep). Luis did an excellent job overall. Communication both written and oral was excellent and prompt. Contractor was on time for both free estimate and repair work itself. Contractor had the right tools, skill and knowledge to get everything done. Would highly recommend Ajila Home Improvement.

Luis did a great job with a minor soffit repair I needed completed for a loan approval. He was prompt, professional, reasonable and courteous. I will hire again for other repairs in the future.
