"Too many people only post reviews when things don't go the way they want or as they planned in their own mind. People forget to post reviews when they receive great service. We provide excellent services and our continued successful repeat and referral business and growth is our proof. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and there is certainly freedom of speech. HOWEVER, there are two sides to every story and then there is fact and the truth. A SIGNED contract before any moving services are provided and again SIGNED by the customer at the end of services, when payment is made and after the words “move completed without exception” is our documented fact and truth. Recent slander, libel and defamation lawsuits will clearly show that customers need to be extremely careful to submit reviews that are completely true. Posting inaccurate portrayals of the truth has proven to be extremely costly for them. There are too many people today looking to get something for nothing. They don't complain before or during a company is providing services. It is only after the services are rendered and the job has been completed that they then want discounts and refunds. By State law the customer must sign an estimate and contract in agreement to terms and price BEFORE any services are provided. They are fully aware of the rate and contract terms. There are NO surprises and NO hidden fees. The problem that we see every once and awhile is someone looking to receive something for nothing. Instead of choosing to rent a truck and do it themselves, they choose to hire professionals then want discounts AFTER services are fully rendered. What these individuals need to know is that ALL of their personal information can also be placed anywhere on the internet. There are CUSTOMER BLACKLIST sites where the names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses and much more of ANY customer who tries to defraud a company by posting false reviews and inaccurate personal opinions can ALSO BE PLACED. Any personal information that they provided or can be found anywhere on the internet or by public record can be placed all over the internet too. Some also attempt to anonymously post false reviews on the internet and didn’t realize how easy it was to obtain their true identity, as all internet posts are recorded by IP addresses which tracks them directly to their computer and their precise location. So to all customers who choose to submit false reviews - Read the contracts that you sign extremely well and BE HONEST! Thank you."
