About us
Soft Wash is a cleaning system that utilizes safe, biodegradable chemicals, applied with a low-pressure agricultural-style sprayer, to clean unsightly roofs and exteriors. The black patches and streaks on Florida roofs are caused mostly by bacteria called Gleocapsa Magma. Algae, fungus, and mildew also contribute to roof discoloration. The Soft Wash cleaning solution--bleach plus algaecides, fungicides, and a surfactant—safely and quickly kills all organic growth, restoring surfaces to nearly-new appearance.
