I was impressed with Integrated Electrical Services Group, LLC from the beginning. Our relationship began when I reached out to several electrical contractors that were recommended by the Tesla Corp. Their response was timely and professional. We agreed on a date and time for their estimate. They arrived exactly on time. I met Chris and Rick; they were extremely personable. They inspected my entire electrical systems and made the calculations necessary to ensure that the proposed changes would be safe for the house. They shared their review of my home electrical system with me, told me the changes could be accomplished. I was extremely confident in their abilitiesl so I immediately hired them to complete the job. IES applied for and received an IRC permit to perform the electrical modifications. When IES received the county permit, they contacted me and we agreed on a date for the work to be completed. Once again, they arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a timely manner. After the job, my wife told me, "I now understand why you hired them immediately; they are very nice and very professional." I normally hesitate to recommend products or services to other people: I'm making an exception for Integrated Electrical Services Group, LLC. I recommend them without hesitation; they will do a good job for you.

Chris and Rick responded to our inquiry immediately and came the next day and gave us a written estimate. The work required IES to rent a lift because the ceiling is 20 feet, and bring it in their truck quite a ways to our home. They were very careful with our wooden floor and stairway, and took down the old chandelier and medallion. The new chandelier was hung exactly where we asked. They also installed a 3 way dimmer switch. We are extremely pleased with IES and highly recommend them. They were professional, courteous , honest and prompt.

They were great and very organized. This was a complex set of jobs occurring over multiple days that could have left a family of 5 without power for days...instead...it went very smoothly, was relaxing to our family, excellent attention to detail and work, coordinated inspections and no sustained loss of power. I highly recommend this team for any project, but particularly the more complex. They are organized, schedule ahead of time, execute at a high level and deliver the right result on time and in an easy, comfortable manner for the consumer. I cannot say enough about them!
