My husband went outside to fix the leaking spicket, but it broke completely off the house. He had to turn the water off and go to Lowe's for the correct materials. The guy that hepled him there gave him the wrong information and when he got home, he couldn't get the spicket on correctly. I, in the meantime, came in and called the first plumbing company that said they couldn't help us as he was going out of town with his family and told me to call Garrett's, which I did. I told them I was hearing banging on the outside and I was sure that wasn't good, so they said they would have someone come out within an hour or hour and a half. They called back a couple of times to make sure we were ok, which we were, and sent out a gentleman who was on call. He got here and told my husband to go back into the house and he would take care of everything. He did. The only bad thing was it was a Friday evening and we had to pay time and a half. This was the start of our beloved vacation nightmare.

Arrived on time. Two men spent over 3 hours removing concete and digging a trench about 7ft by 4 ft by 6 ft. Replaced the pipe then refilled the trench. Very neat. Will return after the earth has settled and will pour cement. Although this job was billed per hour, they will not charge for the work on the return.

He had everything on his truck and was able to help right away. They are very reliable.

They were very prompt taking care of it. The price was within reason. It took approximately two hours. The person was very courteous and the supervisor that I called to get them over was very courteous.

Josh was prompt in arrival, and went immediately to work. He had all the tools, fittings, and supplies required. Josh quickly confirmed the need to move the supply, and did a nice job of it, keeping us informed of when the home's water would be shut off, and when it was on again. He wasted no time, cleaned up thoroughly, removed all waste materials, and put the old toilets outside in the designated place. The work time was under their (phone only) estimate, and in line with my expectations. I will use this company again (if there is a need), and I do recommend their services.

They are the best, most competent, professional plumbers out there. I would highly recommend them.

They really work with your individual needs. They are so helpful, even on short notice. My husband needed a taller toilet when he returned from the hospital. I called them, they told me where I could find the best deal on the toilet that day, and after I bought it they met me that afternoon to install it. I have used them for several years and will continue to do so because they bend over backwards to serve their customers.

They were the lowest bid out of others. The job only took about an hour and ten minutes. They did good work and were very fast and efficient.

The plumber we had, Eric, was super. He was very knowledgeable. He showed us how to fix the faucet with free parts. He was very helpful. The price was reasonable. He was here less than two hours.

I called to have an estimate on installing a new shower. An appointment was set for 2pm on a Friday. I made it clear that I needed a phone call 60 minutes before the arrival, to be sure I was there to allow entry to the home. I was attending to my business away from the home, and received a call that the estimator was at my house. I told him that he was supposed to call prior to arrival so I would be sure to be there. He apologized and re-scheduled for the following Monday, and I reminded him that he needed to call 60 minutes prior to arriving so I could be there. Monday came, and as I was away from the home again, I received a call from the same estimator to say that he was at my house. I was frustrated that this had happened again, and I said I would re-schedule, but that he must call ahead, so I can be there. He agreed and said that he was able to come on Wed. or Thurs. Those days have come and gone, and I've not heard form anyone since. Very disappointing experience.

TERRY (AREA MANAGER) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HE KNEW WHAT WE NEEDED PER CLEARWATER CODE. HIS CREW (MOON & SANFORD) DID A VERY CLEAN JOB AND TESTED THE FINISHED PRODUCT BEFORE LEAVING. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. EVERYTHING WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EXACTLY AS I ASKED. WHEN THEY WERE DONE, I REALIZED THAT THE PIPE I ASKED THEM TO MOVE WAS EXACTLY HOW I HAD REQUESTED IT TO BE, BUT NOT HOW I HAD ENVISIONED IT IN MY HEAD. THEY WERE MORE THAN WILLING TO COME BACK IN AND FIX IT SO IT WAS PERFECT. THE ONLY PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WAS THAT I HAD SCHEDULED THEM FOR A FRIDAY, TELLING THEM EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED DONE AND THEN WHEN THE TECH. ARRIVED (ON TIME) HE WAS NOT PREPARED TO DO THE WORK (DID NOT HAVE ANY PARTS OR A HELPER WITH HIM). THEY RESCHEDULED FOR FIRST THING MONDAY THOUGH, AND AGAIN ARRIVED PROMPTLY.

OVERALL WE WERE NOT THAT HAPPY WITH GARRETT. SOME THINGS THEY DID WELL, LIKE RUNNING THE WATER TO THE DOCK. JACK DID A GOOD JOB AND IT LOOKS EXACTLY AS WE HOPED, BUT WE FELT DECEIVED SOMEWHAT ON THE COST BECAUSE THEY TOLD US WE WOULD GET A SIGNIFICANT BREAK ON THE PRICE OF THE TOILETS, ETC. IF WE ORDERED THEM THROUGH GARRETT RATHER THAN DIRECTLY FROM CASTLE. IN REALITY, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US MORE FOR SOME ITEMS THAN THE LIST PRICE CASTLE GAVE US! WHEN CONFRONTED WITH THIS, THEY DROPPED THE PRICE SOME, BUT NOT ENOUGH. WE ALSO FELT WE HAD TO PAY FOR TIME THEY SCREWED UP AND HAD TO RE-DO THINGS, LIKE RECONNECTING THE SINK DRAIN THREE TIMES BEFORE IT STOPPED LEAKING AND REGROUTING THE TOILETS BECAUSE OF OBVIOUS GAPS IN THE GROUT. AND, I HAD TO POINT THOSE THINGS OUT TO THEM SO I CONSTANTLY FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO BE CHECKING ON THEIR WORK, WHICH SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED OF A PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.

WHEN ERIC CAME OUT HE REPAIRED THE SHOWER FAUCET AND SAID THAT THE SINK FAUCET ONLY NEEDED A COUPLE REPLACEMENT PARTS BUT, BECAUSE I'D PURCHASED A REPLACEMENT FAUCET AND THE OLD ONE SHOWED SIGNS OF WEAR, I DECIDED TO GO AHEAD AND REPLACE THE SINK FAUCET. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB; CAULKING AND SECURING THE PEDESTAL SINK BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE THE INSTALL. HE ALSO LEFT THE BATHROOM CLEAN. I'D DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES- THEY WERE LAZY, RUDE AND OVERCHARGED ME SUBSTANTIALLY- INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS, DELIBERATELY SLOW, BAD ATTITUDE,- THE 'PLUMBERS' DRUG A HALF HOUR JOB TO OVER 3 HRS- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GARRETT PLUMBING WAS MOST SATISFACTORY. ALL TELEPHONE CALLS WERE ANSWERED PROMPTLY AND PRECISELY, AND ALL DETAILS AS WELL AS A BUDGET ESTIMATE WERE DEVELOPED QUICKLY. THE JOB WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITHIN LESS THAN A WEEK, AND THE FINAL CONTRACT WAS 14 PERCENT LESS THAN THE BUDGET ESTIMATE. YOUR AGAIN SUCCESSFUL RECOMMENDATION HAS BEEN APPRECIATED, AND I AM HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH ANGIE'S LIST.

THIS WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
