Description of Work: They repaired a leaking bathtub faucet |It was fine, except I was charged the service charge even though work was done. I guess the charge for the repair was what plumbers charge.

Description of Work: We had a leak in front of our house. County turned off water and told us to get a plumber. We phoned Garrett. Worker came within the hour. He dug, repaired, and replaced parts of water lines for 2.25 hours. We were exceedingly grateful for the prompt response and the return of water to our home. We certainly will use Garrett again.

Description of Work: This was my first call to Garrett Plumbing. They responded within 4 hours, listened to my description, dug up the trap outside and used a snake to go through the inside piping about 20 ft and cleared the plugged drain. Their reponse and price was outstanding. In our neighborhood as soon as many service people go past the entrance gate the prices go up. Example, a long term associate in business charges a flat $350 for the same service. Garrett charges a call charge and time and materials, fair and square. It's now been clear for 2 weeks so I couldn't be happier.
